The unit manager, Launa provided excellent pre-arrival instructions and follow-up communication and responded to any of our question or requests for local information in minutes, which is certainly not the norm for most vacation rental properties. Stayed Feb 15, 2025Everything was perfect. Launa was very welcoming and super responsive. The apartment was great and had all the amenities. Initial supplies (e.g. coffee) made us feel right at home. When skiing in Snowbasin, perfect location because it skips some of the drive and traffic. Hot tub very large and clean too. Thank you Launa!
