On PCH with Oceanview Huntington Beach Condo - 6 bocks to Downtown

This condo is absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend staying here. It’s clean, comfortable and Janet was incredibly kind and helpful with check in and during my stay. I was there for about six weeks and didn’t want to leave. Walking distance to everything I needed or wanted!

This location was close enough to walk to Main Street, really close to the beach, and had a nice pool and hot tub for just the complex. Very secure with the locking gates and did not have to worry about parking close with the available underground parking. It is a great spot for a couple to be in Huntington Beach and be very comfortable.

Janet was very welcoming and accomodating throughout our entire stay. The condo was clean, the kitchen well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Close to the beach and PCH but still far enough away to be quiet.

Serene, peaceful, and clean hideaway--with a view to the ocean. The condo has a super comfortable bed, a spacious feel, high-end glassware, and plentiful linens. You have everything you need for a quiet and relaxing stay just minutes away from a hub of activity downtown including restaurants, bars, and the Huntington Beach Pier.. The owner is quick to respond to any problems and does her utmost to be of assistance so you can get back to relaxing by the beach, which is right across the street! The condo a perfect little hideaway with absolutely no noise from traffic or the neighbors. You will love it.

The property was perfect, perfect location very clean , spacious!! Had everything you could want. Nice views comfortable. The owner is very nice and was always available to answer texts and answers any questions! Had such a great experience at this beautiful condo, don’t want to leave!!

Stayed the month of February. Location was great, beach is just across the street. Good restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Local grocery store for basics is 4 blocks away. Owner was responsive to text messages. Furniture was sub standard and owner explained it was due to previous renter, however the furniture was old and worn out in my opinion...definitely needs to all be replaced. Had a delay in getting deposit back that got resolved after 2 weeks.

Close enough to Main St and all the action yet far enough away to remain serene. The building is on PCH but the unit is located on the side street, far enough from PCH that you don’t get any traffic noise. The unit is clean, well-cared for and has everything you could need. Viewing the sunsets from the balcony was an ever changing experience and you can see the surf break from the balcony and sitting on the living room couch too! The pool is heated and the hot tub is “HOT”, perfect for watching the sun set. I managed without a car. There’s a city bus out front that runs up and down PCH from Seal Beach to Dana Point for lots of exploring plus there’s always something going on in Huntington Beach so you’ll never get bored. Janet, the owner, was super easy to deal with so when I return to Huntington this unit will definitely be on my list.
