Stayed Feb 27, 2022This place is amazing! It was so clean and everyone I spoke to in the office was super friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable and the area around this condo was fantastic! We were able to walk to everything in gatlinburg. This was by far my favorite place to stay. The balcony is a great plus as well, you can just sit and enjoy the surroundings.

Stayed Apr 21, 2025This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at this condo and it is perfect for a nice getaway for two to Gatlinburg. It's always very clean and cozy and it's only a two minute walk to the main strip downtown. It's everything you could need or want when you visit Gatlinburg. We highly recommend staying here, it has quickly become our go-to spot and we can't wait to visit again!

Stayed Oct 26, 2024A great condo and location for my husband and I to visit Gatlinburg and Great Smoky NP. The only problem we had was that the outside lights came on at 7:30 pm, which was after dark in late October. Walking back from dinner at 7:15 was a little creepy with only a few emergency lights on, especially when we saw a bear in the parking lot from our balcony right after we got upstairs. ? There were several bears walking around town in the evenings! The folks in the office were friendly and said they would look into changing the timing of the automatic lights, but it didn’t change during our 4 night stay.

Stayed Jul 7, 2024Very clean. Easy check in. We weren’t in the room often but it was a great place to lay our heads down at night! Location allowed for a quick and easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg!

Stayed Aug 15, 2024This hotel is very close to everything BUT you must be able to walk if you don't drive to the parkway. We spent time in the pool everyday and caught the trolley right at the hotel. Great view of the town from our balcony. Easy check in and out via text messages.

Stayed Mar 27, 2024This property was perfect. Great view, close to the action, and beautifully appointed. We live the Donut Friar and The Pancake Pantry, among others, and it was all a short stroll away.
