    Unfortunately, our stay at this property was disappointing in several ways. The lack of cleanliness was evident from the start, with nail clippings left on the bathroom vanity and no evidence of proper vacuuming or dusting. Upon entering, there was a musky odor that lingered throughout the property. Essentials were also lacking—there was no laundry detergent for use, and the kitchen was lacking of basic items like condiments or spices. Adding to the frustration, the outdoor pool was closed for the season, a detail that wasn't communicated beforehand.Check-in was another hassle. I only received instructions after reaching out to the host upon arrival, and a follow-up email with the details didn’t come until the next morning. To top it off, the ski locker code provided was incorrect, adding to the inconvenience. Luckily I found a laminated sheet in the rental unit with the proper locker code.That said, the property does benefit from an excellent location. It's situated right on a ski-in/ski-out trail right out from the unit's patio, offering easy access to the Hummingbird run and three main chairlifts. The village itself is only a short five-minute walk uphill, which was very convenient.I wouldn't recommend this property unless the management addresses these issues. While the location is fantastic, it doesn’t make up for the significant shortcomings in cleanliness, amenities, and overall communication.
