This place was clean and beautiful! Love the location and easy access to the beach. The pool was pristine. Things that kept this from being 5 stars (not huge items, but minor inconveniences) -Construction was happening during our stay, and we had to park a ways out by the tennis court and dumpsters. (not the the fault of the hosts at all!) -There was a coffee maker but no coffee. First time I’d seen that. Had to go out to get our morning coffee during our stay. Again, nothing major. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I had a nice time at this location. The unit had everything we needed for our stay. Pool was nice and close to the beach!

This was my husband & I 3rd stay at this great beach condo . The condo has all that’s needed to make for a wonderful stay and is only a few steps away from the beach . The owners also make communication very easy if needed ! Thanks again for allowing us to enjoy your lil piece of heaven

The condo was everything it said it was!! The only down side was the parking but was not due to owners. They were doing maintenance on building and our parking space was blocked. Overall was a great vacation and we would definitely re- book

The construction was busy. It will be better when they are finished The sunsets do not disappoint.

Property is very close to the beach as stated a plus. Check in information lacking, no amenities provided (shampoo/body wash) etc. Very dated, furniture uncomfortable cheap, everything needs a good cleaning. Building has construction under progress 204 parking spot full of lines, cables, with limited access to exit the drivers side!

Great place good location for what we wanted accommodation were perfect for ourselves and two granddaughters pool was fantastic and just steps to the beach no complaints

Condo was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed great food and entertainment nearby. We loved being right on the beach. Hope to visit again soon.

Our stay was great! The condo is in a good spot, you’re about 10-20 mins from everything you could imagine. Very clean and cozy place to stay. And the beach was beautiful!

Always comfortable and comfortable . We’ve stayed at the same Condo and unit for past 4 years.

Property was as listed. It’s an older condo but very clean. I think the best way to describe it is basic - it meets all your needs but is not luxurious in any way. The problem was that the condo unit was under construction. Building A (which faces the pool) had work being done on the balconies. The noise made it impossible to enjoy the pool. Then work started on unit B, where this condo is located. The owner worked with me, but honestly had I known any part of the complex would be under construction I would not have stayed here.

We were very pleased with this condo and the closeness to the beach. The only issue we had was the Air conditioning is controlled by the owners remotely. They would not allow the air below 72 degrees. The problem is that at night I needed it cooler due to menopause and it was not allowed, therefore we didn’t get much sleep due to sweating. I would think at the price you pay, the electric bill should not be an issue. Other than that the condo was clean. It does not face the ocean as it looks in photo, it is a side view facing a public parking lot with beach angled to side.

I have stayed in this unit a few times and it is always wonderful. Very clean, comfortable, and close to everything.

Great place to stay. Condo was very clean & had everything anyone would need. Close to many activities & beach is right there. Hostess was very easy to reach & responsive. Would definitely stay again.

It was a cute place at a really nice condo.

The wife and I very much enjoyed staying here. There were plenty of towels, and beach necessities were provided, and the general decor was fun and beachy. All appliances worked as they should. Additionally, we heat advisories the whole time and the AC worked flawlessly. Beach access was easy. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Very beautiful condo. I would definitely stay there again. The owners were super nice and responsive to when I needed to speak with them. Very clean and everything we needed was there. I recommend this condo to anyone!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival the condo was clean. The bed is comfortable. The owners of the property are responsive. My only issue was the fire alarm. It’s so sensitive that when I preheated the oven and opened it to put something in, it went off. It was easily remedied by pushing a button, but I think it’s worth noting if you plan to cook. It truly is steps to the beach. The beach service that comes with the condo is nice. We would stay here again.

My daughter and I came for a gymnastics competition. The locations is close by to restaurants and shopping. There were beach chairs and towels available which made traveling a breeze. The condo had plenty of space and had a good sized balcony. We will definitely come back!
