This place was a true 4 minute walk to the beach, you cross a road, do a little board walk and there’s the beach. That was the perk. But it was not in a super safe feeling area, it was not a cleaned unit, very dirty upon arrival, it just didn’t feel like a place to really be free in, but just to sleep and get out for the day as soon as possible. But! A pro, it was very cheap, and close to the beach and close to Destin (5 minute drive) so you can easily go to the nicer more upscale areas while not paying their prices. But there is a price you pay of saving the money that it doesn’t feel as nice in quality. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was okay, there’s a washer/dryer, fridge, dishwasher, but overall just not quite how the pictures made it look, and next time we’ll figure out a way to do more research on precise location without having an exact address until after booking.
