I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed in Gatlinburg every year for the past 6-7 years. It is typical to not have the fanciest of rooms but I think this room was in the worst top 3. Negatives: The toilet would not flush, had to lift the lid and pull the chain. Carpet needs to be replaced, along with the bed. Stains on the ceiling. Positives: Nice shower pressure. The sofa and dining room table were of decent quality.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice room, but it did have its issues. The floor had dirt spots in the carpet. The vents were very nasty with brown streaks across them. One of the blankets had a sticky stain on it. Had a hot shower. Tried the jets in the tub once turned on smelled liked sewage. One tv worked and one didnt. The tv that did work only had 1 channel.
