This Penthouse unit is a two bedroom condo with an upstairs sleeping loft and air conditioning, and is located on the top level of the building and close to the Clubhouse Amenities Building. The unit sleeps up to 12 people with a King bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in the guest bedroom, in the loft there is a Queen bed on one side and the other side has 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds. The banister from the loft area looking down to the living and dining areas has been child-proofed. The unit has 2 mini-split air conditioning units, one in the master bedroom and one in the loft area. As with all of our Penthouses it has a fully equipped kitchen, living area, dining area, 2 private bathrooms and all the linens. This is a Dog Friendly condo for travelers, subject to fees.

The owner may make changes to their unit prior to your arrival.

We had an excellent stay in this super duper clean unit. Loads of space for everyone in the family even our dog. Right across the street from the clubhouse. My grandson was excited to walk over in his bathing suit and snow boots! The staff is so friendly and accommodating!

The unit was extremely clean and well appointed. Many places claim to have a fully equipped kitchen but this place REALLY had everything I needed. My only concern was having a bunkbed located next to the loft open space that overlooked the first floor. We opted to not allow any children upstairs for fears of an accident. Rearranging the room to separate the top bunk and the overlook, or adding slats to the opening would be a great source of comfort.
