This property was great for a short weekend stay at the beach. The pool was unavailable (mentioned in listing) and therefore made for a longer walk to the beach... just inconvenient, but not a huge deal. The property was clean, the kitchenette worked great for quick meals at lunchtime, and the TV had streaming services my kids enjoyed in the evening. The beach was not crowded and was very relaxing. The owner had great communication.

Our visit was great. The communication between the agent and us was above and beyond. Anytime we had a question Ashely was right on top of getting back to us. We took advantage of getting a canopy and chairs through her for the duration of our stay which was much more cost effective compared to getting them daily on the beach. The walk to local attractions and entertainment was short and we were never bored, there is something to do for everyone. We will be back.

Cute place, clean, colorful, the bed was super comfortable & everything is at your fingertips, Daytona 500 Speedway, Restaurants, Shopping & of course the world famous Daytona Beach.....walk out the door and you're there.

This is such a cute condo! Great view of the beach from the kitchenette window. With a short walk down the sidewalk to the pool & beach. It's conveniently located near several restaurants & shops that you can walk to as well. The host is amazing! I text her last minute to see if we could do an early check-in. She had just left from cleaning the condo & turned around to give us an early check-in and stayed in the parking lot to make sure we were able to access the lock with no issues. Mrs. Ashley thank you SO much for an amazing 4th of July in Daytona!

The condo was just as we expected it to be. The rental was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Check-in process was simple and they answered any questions in a timely manner. Ill stay again.

We loved the room. It was decorated in a very cute way, and had everything we needed/wanted, including a beautiful view! The owner was pleasant and very easy to communicate with. The location was great; we could walk to anywhere we wanted to go. Overall very happy and would recommend.

Great location....

I want to start by saying that I have never gave a negative review prior to this one. This place was a total nightmare. Upon arrival at the place the first thing that stood out was 1/3 of the resort was under construction due to storm damage and a large portion of the parking lot was fenced off. The rest of the parking lot was overly congested and all most impossible to get in and out of it. The next issue we had was the mold on the apartment’s windows and door frame. Next we noticed our great view of the construction dumpster on the ground directly out our door. The pictures on VRBO the size of the place were very deceptive. They showed the place having a set of bunk beds in addition to the main bed with a lot of space by the angle of the pictures. But in reality there was only about 3 feet between them. I immediately contacted the owner to let her know the issues we had with the place and we wanted our money back due to the unsatisfactory condition of the place. Her response was it wasn’t up to her to refund us and we needed to call VRBO to get one. VRBO representative wasn’t much help either he requested that we send him photos of our issues to file our complaint. We did and while we were on hold he contacted the owner with our complaint but her response to him was she wasn’t going to refund our money. When she refused to refund me the whole amount I made a counter offer of paying for one night. It been over a week now and she hasn’t refunded me anything!

We booked this last minute and they were so wonderful to assist our needs as soon as we needed anything. Super clean
