-This home is located in a quiet coastal neighborhood and is best suited for guests seeking a peaceful beach getaway
-Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and or parties.
-Quite hours enforced from 10pm to 8am. Noise monitoring devices are in place to ensure a relaxing environment for all guests
-Minimum rental age: 25

-Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable
