Oceanview condo with pool, hot tub & full kitchen - close to beach

The location was excellent and check in was fast and easy. The unit was very comfortable and clean. The amenities of the Island club property added to the fun with corn hole and grills.

Great location and atmosphere for our family vacation. Close to restaurants, stores, activities, and the beach, of course! Condo had everything we needed. Appreciated the pull-out couch & extra pillows!

This condo is lovely! We have stayed here twice and I will book again. It’s perfect for a week or two at the beach and has all the amenities you need to feel right at home.

I highly recommend staying here. The view of the ocean is closer than it appears in the pictures online. Great accommodations and easy access to the beach. We will definitely be coming back again.

Clean, very nice view (beach is closer than the pictures make it appear), just steps to the elevator, manager was easy and quick to communicate with, nice condo property, easy beach access and sun decks were a plus. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was awesome! Would rate higher than 5*'s if it was available!!! Very family oriented!! The ocean view was amazing and pic.s don't do justice to show just how close you are to the ocean !

My experience renting through Vacasa was great. They immediately took care of any issues that arose. The room was so clean, the resort was great!

This unit was not safe or clean. Upon arrival there was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door, a wet coffee spill uncleared, a dirty glass on the counter, surfaces not wiped down, and mold on the kitchen handle. The walls are filthy and the furniture stained. Light switches don’t work. The unit is very unsafe as well. No way to Lock the door from the inside so my one year old had gotten out, a hole in the Wall with exposed wire, an exposed nail with only tape to cover it. We asked for a new unit to stay in upon arrival or full refund. They would offer none. Just offered to come clean or add a small latch. That does not address the exposed nail in the floor, hole in wall with wires sticking out.

This was our first time to Hilton Head. I booked two other places, one of them twice, trying to decide where to stay. Went back and forth. Then I found Vacasa and this listing. I was impressed by the honest photos since many listings try to hide the parking lot or less-than-desirable balcony views. This unit had everything we wanted in a getaway--size, price, proximity to the beach, and view. Really happy with this unit and with Vacasa.
