    We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It feels secure with gated entry, but still easy and convenient to access. The view from the balcony is so relaxing, and the beach is just steps away! I couldn't have asked for anything more. Would definitely return.

    The apartment was well-situated; it was probably less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. The balcony was big wnough to sit and enjoy coffee or dinner, and the landscaping and pool area were really nice. I loved that there was a bathroom for each bedroom, so we didn't really have to share them! This property was clean and cute, but some of the furnishings could use a refresh; most of the pillow cases were torn, and I think the balcony could use some fresh paint. Overall, this was a nice unit that I would recommend!

    This unit had mice which ate through several of our groceries and left droppings in the pots and pans drawer. We reported the issues with pictures the next morning to Vacasa who said they could only report the issue to the on-site office manager. Vacasa said they would provide status updates. We never heard back from Vacasa but there were indications someone had been in our unit four days later (and the day before our departure). Every night we could hear mice scurrying about and our three-year old is quite traumatized by the entire experience. On Sunday we tried to use the bathroom at the larger pool but the doors were locked (a gentleman called security who arrived and unlocked the door). On another day dog excrement was left on the floor of the pool gazebo (again a gentleman at the pool scooped it up and removed it). Even though this resort claimed to be pet-free there were several dogs including a few rather large ones that the owners clearly were having difficulty controlling on their leashes. Plus the noise of a few barking dogs was evident as we walked the grounds. However this noise was dwarfed by the constant roar of planes landing and taking off from the airport just up the street. Lastly we were unable to enjoy the open balcony because of cigarette smoke filtering in from people smoking on nearby balconies. Finally Vacasa feedback: multiple billing mistakes, a manager who lied about my cancellation policy, no issue resolution updates, and an impersonal AI chatbot.

    Everything was great. I wish they would have told you in the listing you had to pay to park. I was not expecting to have to pay to park. Overall the house was clean and good.

    We loved our stay at this condo and the location. It’s tucked away from the crowds but is still convenient to everything. The condo has a great view and in a relaxing environment. We enjoyed walking on the beach and the sandbars when the tide was low. The condo was clean and comfortable and even had games for us to play at night! We will definitely be back!

    It was a great place to stay when we went for our Marine’s graduation. The accommodations were very nice. The landscaping of the condo was very beautiful. Nice pool and game area. Very interesting beach. Had never been to an inland beach before. it was a great place to explore high tide and low tide were so very different. Highly recommended

    The condo was nice and we were happy with the accommodations. However there was a problem with the heating/cooling system and when we contacted Vacasa they said someone would be in touch with us, but we never heard back. Also, the beach area is not great. The condo is pretty far from the downtown area so we found out you really don’t need to rent bikes, which was a bit disappointing.
