Location was great but condo needs updated and remodeled and could use a good deep clean maybe some new linens for the beds as well

We were in town for a wedding. It was the perfect location, near shops/activities, beach view. Master was a good size the other rooms were on the smaller side but nice family areas and kitchen. Nice size balcony as well

The condo is in need of updating. The master bath looks dirty. Curtains in master bedroom kept falling off. The kitchen cabinets are tired. Microwave stopped working and took 2 days to have a loaner brought. The couches are in need of replacing. The kitchen had everything required to cook. Missing scissors though. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Overall a good experience. Property hot tub was not available and was disappointing . Balcony was very nice. Was surprised there where no beach chairs available. It would have made our beach days more enjoyable. By far the most equipped rental kitchen we have stayed in.

Aside from being told at check in that check in was a range between 3-6 (instead of at 3), our property was available at 5 to inhabit. Everything was super for the week, except 1 of 2 elevators was out of service for the week. The condo was clean and all amenities were working.

The condo was awesome the balcony was huge we had a perfect view of the ocean and of Ocean Boulevard best of both worlds… I thought parking would be a nightmare but it was actually very accommodating

This was a clean rental property. A little outdated but not a big deal as we were hardly inside.
