Following the hurricanes that impacted Florida’s east coast, the Condo Owners Association haspurchased the resort and is investing in major repairs and upgrades. Several amenities have recently reopened, including:

Other resort features — including the remaining outdoor pools, hot tubs, tiki bar, and on-site restaurant — are still under renovation. These ongoing improvements are reflected in our reduced nightly rates, giving guests a rare chance to enjoy oceanfront living at great value.

Parking:
The resort garage is under maintenance, but free parking is available in any unrestricted space in front of the building or in the adjacent lot just south of the resort.
