Stayed Jul 12, 2025This condo was perfect, beautifully decorated, king sized bed was comfortable and there were air conditioners throughout the unit. We didnt utilize the 2nd bedroom but it had two very nice twin beds and its own AC unit. The condo was exactly as it was listed in the photos, modern well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The host went to great lengths to have ample paper and bathroom supplies during the entirety of our stay, we didnt have to purchase anything. The kitchen had all necessary dishes, pots, pans, glassware and there were 2 coffee pots, a keurig and drip. The pool area was clean and well maintained and there were beach chairs and an umbrella in the unit. We didnt use the laundry facilities but they were available on site as were bbq grills. There was a nice outside deck equipped with a table and benches. Julie, the rental agent was quite pleasant and always available for questions and she went over and above to make sure the unit was cleaned and ready so we could check in a little early. The overall check in process was seamless and easy and the property is secure. This condo is in a great location and quieter area of the beach and well worth the rental fee. We would definitely return to Grandview in the future.
