Great location. So close to the beach and the pool is nice. My kids love it. I love the new deck that extends farther onto the beach. It was an excellent addition and made it easier to get on and off the beach. The condo is the perfect size for us. The ladies in the office are wonderful.

Could be cleaned better. Mold in commode and showers CAN be cleaned better. Bugs in unit, exterminator was told while I was there.
