Oceanside condo w/ a view, poolside, 2 BR/2B

Very nice community and well maintained property. Will surely stay here on our trip back to Emerald Isle.

Great place and location.

It waa a nice rental but the wifi was down the entire week we were there and we had to spend money to use our phones as hotspots the entire time.

Not beachfront but close to the beach. You have an obstructed view of the ocean. The property itself is nice and well equipped but if you prioritize cleanliness and customer service, I would stay elsewhere. Was ignored for a whole day upon arriving and finding many cleanliness issues. They offered to come clean the place after we were there 2/4 nights of our stay. I declined as my infant daughter has allergies and didn't want her exposed to the chemicals DURING our stay. Would never stay at another property managed by sun surf reality.

Beautiful place and location. Easy access to the beach.

Property and pool very clean. Condo could have been cleaner. Two puncture wounds on feet due to wire trash on dining room floor. Dryer did not dry clothes. Bath keys food not work.

A but of noise transfer from the residents young children above, but great location and overall good experience.

Location and property was awesome, some confusion with the full and twin bed option for the second bedroom. No mention of it being a trundle bed

This is a great place to stay in Emerald Isle. It was very clean and well equipped. The location is steps away from both a beautiful, wide beach and a great pool (one of two on the property). You can't go wrong with this one.

We enjoyed staying on the Emerald Isle! The property worked well for our family and we plan to visit again very soon.

We enjoyed our week at Pier Pointe West even though it rained at some point every day and was very windy due to Hurricane Debby! It was a great location. Close by are restaurants, movie theatre, aquarium, putt putt, grocery stores.

This lovely condo was exactly as described and just a short walk to the beach. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay...plenty of towels and all the kitchen gadgets. We were three sisters on a quick beach getaway and it was a perfect fit. One thing to note: the second bedroom has a trundle bed (which is stated on the website description) which would work great for kids sharing a bedroom, but probably would not work for an adult. It was not an issue for us, just a heads up ;) Communications with the host were easy and with quick responses. Couldn't have asked for better!

We were very impressed on how clean the condo is. Very low key atmosphere with 2 pools and a tennis court. Very easy walk to the beach. Highly recommended.
