Oceanside beach front resort style grounds

This VRBO is amazing!!! We loved the location, the price, and the amount of amenities. The condo is soooo cute. Definitely memorable, we'd totally book again!

The stay was great, it’s so close to the beach and walking distance of most things. The amenities within the room itself were so thoughtful and felt very homey , will be returning and rebooking with the same host in the future

The space was very clean and kitchen was well stocked.

Great space in an excellent location. Communication was perfect. Easy check in and out. Condo had all we need and the amenities were perfect for families.

This place is a perfect, cozy spot! It feels tropical! We had a very relaxing weekend. The place has everything you can think of and more to be comfortable and enjoy your getaway.

It was very clean but it was very hot and took a while to cool down, the laundry was crazy having to get an app to do laundry and I couldn’t park my truck in the parking it was so tight, but wonderful area and clean

The condo was clean and in a great location. There were plenty of the “beach needs” (chairs, towels, etc.). We went the last week of June and the weather was perfect. Sunny and not too hot yet. Just a great experience and the host was very responsive and helpful. Only thing to be aware of is the parking space reserved for this condo is between a wall and a cement pillar so a bigger car or truck would have difficulty parking there. Other than that it was great!

Goid stay no view and too far from the pool. But nice and clean and unit stocked with toiletries.

It was great! Everything was easy & smooth. Felt very safe & had a great time. Owners were thorough with their information so I had no anxiety; just a memorable vacation

What a beautiful condo equipped with ALL the basic needs. My husband and I have been going to NCV for approx 12yrs. It’s our get-away post Christmas holiday season. The owners are quick at answering any concerns. Thank you for having usTom and Delia

The grounds are amazing and this place was perfect for a couple. Steps to beach and minutes to plenty of restaurants and pier

Kitchen was well stocked, with just a couple of exceptions. The complex has a barbeque area, but the unit did not have any barbeque tools - tongs, brush. Also a couple of more wine glasses would have been nice. There was an issue with the dishwasher and it had to be replaced. It was handled quickly by the owners. I don't know when the unit was last used or checked, but when we opened the dishwasher there was an foul smell. Someone should have noticed before we got there. The welcome letter provided a lot of information, but there were a few things missing. There was no information on how to work the heating system (we were there in November). There was no information on where to put the garbage, what to recycle, and where to put the recycling. Also, the leaving instructions in the welcome letter were different from the instructions posted in the unit.

We just LOVE North Coast Village and stay there whenever we come to Oceanside. This place was clean, nicely decorated, and very well-stocked. We were SO grateful for the beach supplies: chairs, umbrella, wagon, towels. It was so helpful for our trip! Would stay again!

We had a great stay in this north coast village condo! It was well appointed and provided exactly what we needed for our stay in socal. We hope to return some day!

We loved this place! It was clean and comfortable. A short walk to the beach and had lots of great things for the beach (wagon, chairs, boogie boards)! Ben & Chrissy responded promptly. We loved our stay so much and can’t wait to come back again!
