Enjoy stunning Gulf views from your balcony and master suite, a full kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room with sleeper sofa. The resort offers a heated pool, grilling area, and private 550 ft. beach access—away from the crowds yet close to 30A, Pier Park, and dining. Perfect for a serene Florida getaway. Primary renter must be 25+.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests maybe asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Ramsgate Harbour features a gulf-front heated pool (seasonally), grilling areas, an outdoor restroom facility and covered parking directly beneath the building. Ramsgate Harbour has access to 500 feet of beautiful beach, so your beach experience, right in front of the condo, feels private!

Ramsgate is adjacent to 30A and away from the heavy tourism areas. This community offers some of the most secluded beachfront property in the area, while still being close to the Panhandle's finest restaurants, shopping and other entertainment options. Totaling 66 units, Ramsgate Harbour is a lower density complex that boasts 550 feet of private beachfront.

Parking:

After booking a stay at Ramsgate Harbour, guests are required to complete an online registration process, including a mandatory one-time vehicle registration fee of $36.35 (per vehicle). A vehicle registration link will be provided. It is essential that guests list the exact dates of their stay, as the HOA actively enforces towing for unauthorized vehicles.

Ramsgate Harbour offers unassigned parking in its generously sized lot. All parking is first-come, first-served. Guests bringing more than one vehicle must register each vehicle separately. Please note that boats, trailers, RVs, and jet skis are not permitted on the property.

Details to note:

A Pack 'n Play is available for guest use and is stored in the guest bedroom closet. Please note that a highchair is not provided, so guests should bring one if needed.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

    We loved our stay here! The location, on the west end of PCB was perfect for us! Less crowds, quiet and a short walk to the beach from the unit. We loved the big balcony and family friendly atmosphere. Check in was easy! I did have some confusion about the parking pass but that was quickly handled by the host. There were plenty of towels, a vacuum for all the sand we tracked in, and the kitchen was adequately supplied! Definitely would stay here again!

    The unit was a disappointment. When we walked in, we saw a spatula holding cabinet doors closed, and the dishwasher smelled dirty. When we looked inside we found it to have caked on dirt, even though it appeared to have just been run. The nonstick pans in kitchen were so scratched up, they should have been thrown out-not usable from a safety standpoint. Several bulbs were burned out thru the unit. The air conditioner did not work properly our entire stay. The one bright spot was that they were responsive about that, and came to check it. But, there was very little improvement. The a/c unit seemed ancient, so that was probably the issue. The sofa appeared dirty and old, and we had to cover it with a sheet to sit on it. We have stayed at many other units on this property, and never had a disappointing experience like this. We even have considered purchasing a unit here. The beach chair “provided” as part of the rental was a dilapidated wooden thing that was at the edge of the walkover, furthest from water, barely on the beach. When we asked the beach setup folks, they said we would have to rent actual beach chairs and umbrella, because owner would not upgrade to the setup closer to water. I know several other owners at this property, and they allow the renter to change to chair and umbrella setup, if they don’t prefer the old wooden one. This is such a beautiful beach, it was a shame that we must have rented the only substandard unit at the property.

    Location was great. The condo was a little dated. The biggest problem was no internet or TV. We arrived on a Wednesday and the internet did not work until Saturday night. This made it very difficult to work during the day. The property manager was contacted several times about the issue. Finally on Friday afternoon someone showed up with maintenance to look at the internet, which they couldn't fix. I asked for a small refund on the rental fee from the property manager and have yet to hear from them.
