The airy and open living room has a large, Smart TV and luxurious leather furnishings. The living room includes a loveseat that has recliners on both sides. That is the loveseat you see on the right side of the photos. The entire open living and dining space is located along the side of Opus providing a lovely, side ocean view. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliance and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. This condo even includes an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience! Step onto your private balcony to take in gorgeous views of the Halifax River and city. Because the unit faces west, it's the perfect place to catch sunsets every evening. On the side of the balcony, the ocean is also visible.

The primary suite with a king bed hosts a beautiful bathroom completed by a gorgeous, tiled shower and 6' garden tub. The second bedroom has two full beds and the third guest bedroom has a queen bed. The cutting-edge living room has a 50 TV with a complete entertainment center.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.     The unit is beautiful, exactly as described! 3 large bedroom and 2 full baths. Location is great. Some views of the ocean. On the street side but very quiet. Keyless entry everywhere was very easy to manage. The reality office we super patient, friendly and helpful on check in arriving late after a very long ride. I would stay here again and recommend it.

    The condo itself was beautiful! Tons of space and very clean. The building and parking garage felt very safe and secure. The property manager was great to deal with and made sure we had everything we needed prior to our arrival and always responded promptly to answer any questions. We were disappointed that the pool was still under construction but understand it was damaged during a hurricane. We did know this when we booked but held out hope it’d be completed in time. Coming from cold/snowy Michigan our kids were bummed out that they had no where to swim unless they swam in the ocean which they didn’t like. Overall a really good experience!

    The property was nice and clean. There was plenty of space. The kitchen could use some updating of supplies/appliances (there was no pot for the coffee maker, old pans, etc.). Beach access was nice and convenient. Not a lot to do within walking distance besides the golf across the street.

    Upon arriving we had to drive to a complete other location than our actual condo to receive our garage remote...once we got the remote for the garage and we arrived, there was a car parked in our assigned parking spot in the garage. Property manager got that figured out, was expecting to swin in the pool, no luck as the property is being renovated. Our jacuzzi tub did not work and we were not helped with that at all. Over all the place was njce, but not for the amount of money we paid for it
