Very large condo with great views of the beach and bay . Easy access to the Beach. Love the Elevator comes straight to your Condo . Hope to make another trip next year but bring family to enjoy the Condo.

It was very nice. We enjoyed the comfort and hominess.

This condo was perfect for our family of 11. We loved the layout of the bedrooms with the master up front away from the rest. All rooms have a balcony. The views from the kitchen/dining/living room and balcony were fabulous!! This condo has everything you need. We would definitely book here again!

First day, very confusing on how to use elevator. Called your office and was told to check the lockbox for keys. Nothing there so called again and maintenance came over with a key to get us in the condo. All other keys were left hanging on the board. Parking spaces were not marked very well and someone else took one of our space. Checked condo number on their pass and then parked in their space. When using the dryer it makes a terrible loud noise when you first turn it on. Lots of space for big families or groups!!!

It is the second or third time we have stayed at this same oceania 4. It has a great location and beautiful view of the beach. We probably will not stay in 4 again unless we see they up date their condo. Furniture in living area is extremely worn and dirty. If new furniture in sitting area and tv area are in need of replacing. The rail outside is dangerous , large bent area for our grandson and tv is not outdated in LR. Beds are great.

There were 9 adults in our group. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room to be together and also had the availability for quiet time. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. All around great experience and wonderful memories made!

I loved the view and property. Due to me not looking closely at the e-mail I missed that certain things were not provided that I come to expect. I would definitely go back.

The size of the property was great. But it has been abused and was not clean enough to be consider a 5 star property. Needs a good cleaning and some updates to justify the price.

The property was as represented. Loved the fact that it was one very large condo per floor and the security measures with the key cards made it feel really safe. Wonderful beachfront views from the balcony. Great location for restaurants, shopping, and golf. Lots of space inside the condo with very large bedrooms and living area.

This is an amazing condo. So much room, so clean, beautiful view of the ocean, absolutely perfect!

The condo was beautiful. So roomy. Our only complaints were the tvs didnt work and the heat in the back were not working. We called mai te nance and they were able to fix it up.

The property is huge! We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the property. Things we liked best: super comfy beds and big soft pillows; very secure property (although be very careful to watch your small children, easy to jump on elevator from room and get lost); every bedroom was huge, had a bathroom, and a balcony; super short walk to beach; tons of toys (beach supplies and kids toys, including wagon to pull everything to the beach); huge fridge (although didn't keep everything super cool); small market across the street for quick grocery items. Space is a little worn and needs a quality check and some upgrades, but we still loved it, and would stay here, again.

Great location near the beach. The roominess was a plus for our families. The views wonderful. Overall the furnishings could use some updates and TLC. But we would definitely stay here again.

Had the best time for my birthday stay, super easy beach and pool access

On day one - bar ice machine broken. Called maintenance someone came out. Never repaired during our stay. On day one - sugar ants on kitchen counter. Reported to maintenance when they came out to fix ice machine but never resolved problem. On day two - we bought ant spray to try to remedy problem Overall family enjoyed Oceania #4
