Had a wonderful week with my wife and several other couples who stayed at the condo as well. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were both newly remodeled and very nice.Would definitely recommend.

Condo was perfect for our needs. Updated showers were very nice. Everything we needed was there. Owner was easy to communicateb with. Overall great week at the beach!

We love this place!!! The condo is all we need for a week’s trip and the location is fantastic! The kids can roam without us having to worry. We love it so much that we usually rebook the property before we leave.

We LOVE Myrtle Beach! We come almost every year and this year we decided to stay more North which was a great idea! The area was quiet, everyone was super friendly and the beaches were fabulous and not over-crowded which we prefer. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The property has everything you need and is steps from the beach. The owner is a pleasure to communicate with. We would absolutely book this property again. The beach is my happy place and this property made our trip even more enjoyable.

This was my 2nd time staying at this condo. The location to everything is key. You can get coffee, drinks, dinner, food shop, play mini golf, attend a show, etc all within minutes. The condo is clean and bedding is provided. The 2nd bedroom does not have air conditioning but the ceiling fan and stand fan are enough to keep you comfortable. The host is very responsive and even checked in mid-week to make sure all was good. I’d highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a place right on the beach!

My family and I have stayed at this condo 4 summers now. It’s in a great location. Quiet area, but close drive to everything. The pool is wonderful, clean and usually quiet. The condo is perfect for our family of four.

My family of 4 with kids ages 2 & 5 stayed here and the condo had everything we needed! We also loved the location and loved having the shops across the street that included restaurant/bar, general store, souvenirs, ice cream, pizza, etc. Above all, we were pleased with the prompt communication with the host who would reply to our messages within minutes, and they even checked in with us during our stay, which was a nice touch.

I would not recommend this place. It was filthy. Cockroaches inside and outside of the residence, i had to kill inside the spare bedroom. The cleaniness of the place was horrible. Hair left in the drains, sand all over the place, the blankets and pillows smelled. The spare bed is horrible, uncomfortable and covered in plastic. The ceiling fan is loose and rocks which keeps you up all night. The pullout couch is bad as well. Dirt, sand, bugs and toys it looked like under the furniture. For no linen or towels, and having coin laundry, i wouldnt recommend. I have stayed in motels that are cleaner and nicer. Not worth it, im sorry. For a family vacation spot, i was surprised there wasnt a folder of stuff around the area you can do, i didnt see games to play with until the end of our stay, in the closet under pillows and blankets. Nothing for children to play with to entertain on rainy days. That wasnt even the half of it and wouldnt call this place renovated. There should be a cleaning service to come in and clean after each use. Definitely not a good experience in this place, not family friendly. It was nice to be able to walk onto the beach and the small pool in the complex.
