I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the unit, loved the location, loved the building and amenities. Additionally, the on-site staff was amazing and helpful. Literally loved everything about this place except the beds. The beds were miserably uncomfortable. But other than the beds (if you don't like ridiculously hard beds), would highly highly recommend this place!

Stayed Jul 24, 2022The place was very clean. Close to everything. Amazing view. Outdoor deck needs a thorough wet cleaning. Our feet would turn black if we walked out there barefoot for a few minutes. One complaint regarding the on-site management was the pool closes WAY too early at 8 PM and the elevator stops allowing guests to access that floor right at 8. We overheard another guest complaining to the front desk who had a BBQ at the pool and took one load of stuff back to their rental and then could not return to the pool on the elevator at 8:01 PM. We returned after dinner 45 minutes later and they were still waiting for security to take them back to the pool deck where their kids were still in the pool waiting for their parent to return. Lucky them!

Oceanfront, right across street from beach, near lots of shopping and restaurants. Valet parking is a plus: quick & efficient attendees. Made arrangements for airport shuttle and taxis. Front desk clerks are always welcoming.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this is a great location; we were on the 35th floor with gorgeous views from every room. Staff is very nice and checkin process was easy. Lots of towels to use for the beach. The apartment was just as depicted, the cleaning staff also did a very nice job each day tidying up. Overall it was great, but it was a little windy when we were there and the windows are older and the rattled like crazy and the place sounded haunted and it was uncomfortable to listen to. The staff came and 'sealed' the windows with some blue tape and it helped, but it was still a bit noisy. Also lots of sirens all the time etc. would have been better with higher quality double paned windows and doors, but after a while we got used to it. Could just be the nature of Waikiki with so much action. Overall we had a great time and the staff was friendly and helpful.
