Oceanfront Top Floor Condo on Cocoa Beach - 3 bed 2 bath

This was our second time staying here, and once again…it was amazing! The location is perfect, especially for those who want to be away from the more crowded areas of the beach. The condo is very spacious and clean and the view is incredible. This time around we were able to watch a rocket launch from the balcony! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Cocoa Beach.

Love this condo top floor.are second year coming down .Amazing view .Awesome restaurants right across the street .You can’t go wrong.Always get too see rocket launches on the balcony.I cant say about this place you need to go and see it for yourself.We celebrate our 24 Anniversary there just amazing.Glenn Natasha

I can’t say enough nice things about this place. It was perfect! Very clean and roomy, beds super comfortable, full sized washer and dryer…I could honestly go on. The view was amazing, and we could see both launch pads from our balcony. The beach was never crowded in this area. This area is perfect especially for families with kids. We took our 10 year old and she agrees that this place was amazing! She left some beach toys for future guests with kids. My husband and I left a couple beach umbrellas as well. We definitely plan on coming back to Cocoa Beach and staying here again ? Many thanks to the owners. Highly recommend!

Overall the stay was great, the location was good, and the beach view was amazing. The twin beds in the 3rd bedroom were NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL. Other than that the rental was great.

Highly recommend this condo. It is always clean and very well stocked. We loved the upates since our last stay! Owners respond very quickly to any issues and very pleasant to work with. Surrounding area is well maintained and very quiet. We will definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect condo for our beach vacation. It was clean, beautifully updated, and perfectly located on Cocoa Beach. Our adult family of five had plenty of space and we enjoyed our week together!

The condo was everything we expected. Spacious and clean. Right on the beach with great view for the boat races.(Thunder on The Beach) Also saw a space launch and numerous cruise ships leaving port. Walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. Definitely looking forward to doing this again.
