Very clean, easy to get to and great views

My husband and I had a wonderful mini-vacation to the coast made even better by our accommodations. The host was responsive and the apartment had all the amenities we needed.

Exactly as described. Exactly what I was looking for. We wanted a quiet, peaceful place to celebrate our 34 wedding anniversary. Super easy to book. Immediate and ongoing text conversation as needed with owner. Private beach access right out the back door- down 100 steps. . The public beach access is just a few yards out the front door. Lovely stay. No more hotels for us! Will book again for sure. -Lori

The stay was phenomenal! The host really went above and beyond to make this a special day for me and my now fiance. I book this place to celebrate our 1 year anniversary and to propose. They honored all my requests with no issues .

Everything was great. Nice access to the beach. Room clean and pretty much stocked with necessities.

Over priced in comparison with other similar places with same views. I enjoyed the stay, but would rather stay at the newer ones with better service and less money.

Perfectly located in town with gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocen and steps away from the beach and local shops. Perfect for what we were looking for!

Wonderful vacation

Here for our honeymoon. It was a perfect day.

Parking was a little tight, but totally worth it! The place is super cute and inviting, and the view is immaculate! Perfect place to get your toes in the sand. I would definitely stay here again.

Walking distance to Nye Beach shops and restaurants and a gorgeous ocean view. This rental was the perfect size for my wife and I and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet oceanfront getaway!

My husband and I stayed here as part of our coastal honeymoon trip. The place was spacious for a studio and the host was very considerate, providing complementary snacks, coffee, and toiletries. The view of the water is spectacular and this place is located very centrally in Newport, making it easy to find food, coffee, and fun. We hope to come back for an anniversary trip!

The property is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of central Nye Beach and several good restaurants. It is also very close to the beach (115 steps on the stair case directly behind the back door) with excellent views. The bathroom, although a little cramped was clean and well stocked, as was the kitchen, and the bed was very comfortable. The couch, chairs & bar stools are all very uncomfortable and should be replaced, especially the couch. The couch area also needs an ottoman or coffee table. Just a place to put your feet up after a long day walking.

My wife and I had a lovely stay in this rental. We were here for two nights in late September. The place was clean and well appointed. The access to the stairs that lead to the beach is literally feet away from the back door. The sunset views are spectacular from the window. This is a cozy place for two people. There is a bit of traffic when others in the complex pass by to use the beach access stairway. Everyone was courteous and quiet. It is not a private place.

Lovely space and the best location!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the condo. It had everything we needed and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We would stay here again.

The property was exactly as described. It is a perfect location at Nye Beach and has a lovely view. We also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen.

Needs more storage- or even luggage racks.

The property is perched over the ocean,with stairs going down to the beach. Great sunsets,and perfect location,to restaurants and shops.

An awesome location - doesn’t get any better than this! Richard was an excellent host and everything we needed for our stay was right there!
