UNIT #6 Bonita Beach is a fully-updated, luxurious, oceanfront, open concept, 1st floor, dog-friendly condominium that is privately owner and owner managed, just steps away from the sand on an extremely private beach, and is present in a LOWRISE (20-unit) complex having NO elevators (and NO elevator wait time), located in Laguna Beach, Florida (just west of Panama City Beach, and about 10 minutes east of 30A and Rosemary Beach). The adjacent beach is extremely private (NO crowds to battle),and is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, with its white, smooth, sand, and relaxing feel. Just beyond the beach are the spectacular clear, blue/green waters of the Gulf. Magnificent sunrises and sunsets over the ocean, and resulting brilliant colorful skies, are seen very clearly from both inside, and outside (on the balcony), of this property.

These owners also own UNIT #11 Bonita Beach in the same complex (similar size and layout), which is a 2nd floor unit (Vrbo Listing #354862).

These owners also own Unit #701W Splash at the SPLASH Resort, 1/2 mile down the street, a 7th floor 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, CORNER (END) UNIT that has many of the characteristics of Unit #11 Bonita Beach (Vrbo Listing #826419).

UNIT #6 has been FULLY RENOVATED with ALL HIGH-END flooring, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, counter tops, showers, wood molding, appliances, artwork (original) and furnishings. It has about 1650 square feet of living space in a 2-story (low-rise), 20-unit building, with spectacular, expansive, unobstructed views of the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, white sands of Laguna Beach, and Western sunsets year round from 10 high-tech floor-to-ceiling windows in the kitchen, living room, dining room and hall areas. It has a large covered balcony accessed via a set of sliding glass doors, which also has spectacular views of the ocean, beach and Western sunsets. BECAUSE BUILDING #3 (of the 5 condominium buildings located at the Bonita Beach complex), in which Unit #6 is present, EXTENDS FURTHER OUT TOWARDS THE BEACH AND OCEAN THAN THE OTHER 4 CONDOMINIUM BUILDINGS LOCATED AT THIS COMPLEX, UNIT #6 HAS UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS OF THE BEACH, OCEAN AND WESTERN SUNSETS BOTH STRAIGHT ON, AND ALSO ALL DOWN THE BEACH AND OCEAN TO BOTH THE EAST AND THE WEST, WITH BEAUTIFUL WESTERN SUNSET VIEWS, all of which most of the other inner condos at the complex DO NOT HAVE.

Unit #6 is 34-feet wide (approximately twice as wide as the average condominium).

The large, fake (non-working) fireplace that had originally been present in Unit #6 was removed by a contractor at the request of the owners for a purpose of ENLARGING THE SPACE AND SEATING AREA IN THE LIVING ROOM of this condo, providing such living room with MORE AREA FOR GUEST SEATING, and making it MORE SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE for guests in comparison with other condominiums at the same complex that still have such fake fireplaces present in their living room areas (which are large and bulky, and take up a lot of the space that could otherwise be used for comfortable guest seating). The result is that THE FAMILY ROOM OF UNIT #6 HAS A MUCH LARGER AND MORE SPACIOUS FEEL in comparison with the other condos at Bonita Beach that still have their original, fake NON-WORKING, fireplaces, and PROVIDES FAR MORE SEATING, AND SITTING ROOM, FOR GUESTS (see photos). (None of the fireplaces at the Bonita Beach complex are usable, as fires are strictly prohibited at the complex.)

(Each of the 20 Bonita Beach condos originally had a large fireplace in the corner of the family room, all of which are NON-WORKING, and take up a lot of space in the family room areas (dead space).)

UNIT #6 has direct, private access to the ocean and beach via only two stairs (with no elevators to wait for). An outdoor shower is present at the base of the steps, permitting guests to conveniently wash sand off from their bodies and beach equipment prior to entering into the condo.

UNIT #6 has two porcelain tile and river rock walk-in showers with frameless glass doors and matching floors and built-in seats in two of the three bathrooms, as well as a fully renovated kitchen (all new kitchen cabinets, granite counters and a porcelain tile floor with drop-ins).

The beach in front of UNIT #6 is very private and relatively unpopulated, and has a very peaceful and relaxing feel, which is in contrast with the often very highly populated, and busy beaches, located in front of many high-rise condominium buildings.

Unit #6 has an American Standard (Train), Straight Cool System, Coastal Unit, air conditioner (top-of-the-line and powerful air conditioner).

UNIT #6 is beautifully decorated with TOP-OF-THE LINE MATERIALS, FURNISHINGS, ORIGINAL ART WORK AND ACCESSORIES, including all new state-of-the-art stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a 30 cubic foot french door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser, a full size oven and stove, a dish washer and a microwave oven), custom kitchen cabinets with slow-close drawers and accent lighting above, below, and in, such kitchen cabinets, custom bathroom cabinets and mirrors, granite counter tops throughout, several Schonbeck crystal light fixtures, three Kholer Devonshire toilettes, a new air conditioner, a new 80-gallon hot water heater, two top-of-the-line Wesley Allen king-sized wrought iron beds in each of two bedrooms, one top-of-the-line Wesley Allen queen-sized wrought iron bed in a third bedroom, along with one set of wood “full over full” bunk beds, a dining room table having comfortable seating for 8 or more, and an island that can comfortably seat at least 4 more on bar stools with backs, crown molding, porcelain tile (with a marble look) throughout, very comfortable, leather furniture (a large sectional and two additional chairs). The granite counter tops in Unit #6 are a Level 2 grade (higher grade than normal), and the light porcelain tile floors, which include drop ins, has a look of marble.

Each of the three bedrooms in Unit #6 has a 32” Sony television, and the living room has a 65” Samsung HD LED SMART flat-screen television.

The balcony of Unit #6 has very comfortable seating for 8 adults, along with two separate bar-height tables.

Unit #6 has free high definition cable TV and internet, an electronic programmable safe for a heightened security of cash and other valuables (installed by a security company, as in a hotel), a garbage disposal, a coffee pot, a large, full kitchen with all amenities and high-quality utensils, dishware, cookware and bake ware, a full size washer and dryer, air conditioning and electric heat. Towels and linens are provided. The condominium complex has an in-ground pool, a reserved parking spot (with additional guest parking) and refuse pick-up.

For fire safety, this condo has a 5-pound 5BC multipurpose fire extinguisher professionally installed under the kitchen sink that is annually maintained by Advanced Fire Protection Services, Inc., as well as HARD-WIRED smoke detectors that have battery back-ups.

Weekly or monthly (certain months) rentals are available year round to individuals that are at least 25 years old (including families with children).

Snowbirds are welcome, but only by the full month (all of January, all of February, or all of January and February).

No smoking is permitted.

To formally book this condo, two adults (25 years of age or older) who would be present at the condo throughout the duration of any rental period would need to execute a standard rental agreement that is employed for all rentals of this condo, and also provide copies of their drivers licenses to the owners, as proper identification.

Unless agreed to otherwise by the owners of this condo in their written rental agreement, there must be a ratio of 1 adult (25 years of age or older) to every 2 children (under 25 years of age) who stay at this condo.. The owners of this condo do not rent it to groups of high school, college and/or other individuals who are under 25 years of age due to damage concerns.

THE MINIMUM AGE LIMIT FOR RENTING THIS CONDOMINIUM IS 25 YEARS.

IN THEIR RENTAL AGREEMENTS FOR THIS PROPERTY, THE OWNERS HAVE A CANCELLATION SECTION THAT PROVIDES A DETAILED CANCELLATION POLICY, WHICH IS FAIR TO BOTH THEM AND THEIR GUESTS. THE RENTAL AGREEMENT ALSO HAS A TRAVEL INSURANCE SECTION THAT PROVIDES A DETAILED DISCUSSION ABOUT TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICIES INCLUDING CANCELLATION FOR ANY REASON CLAUSES, AND THE WEB SITES FOR NUMEROUS TRAVEL INSURANCE COMPANIES THAT PROVIDE SUCH POLICIES.

    The property was absolutely beautiful and the view was spectacular. There was plenty of room for my family of 8 and we never felt cramped. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in any rental ever! Amazing! The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of towels you could never run out. The best part was accessibility to the beach, could not be matched! Best of any place I have stayed, was super convenient with small children! Hope to stay here year after year! Could not ask for better!

    We have never been to Panama City Beach but would definitely go back and stay here. The condo had everything we could possibly need and it was clean and spacious. The view from the front porch was amazing. The beach in front of the condo was never busy. We enjoyed the sunsets from the porch as well. I needed to communicate with the owner and they were very prompt and ready to help in anyway they could. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

    We really enjoyed our week in this unit. Upon arrival we ran into the owners who were very sweet! We thanked them for the opportunity to stay in their unit. We are used to having to pack everything to bring with us and ended up not needing half of what we brought. The kitchen was well stocked and even had some cleaning supplies available for use. The unit had plenty of stretch room for our group. We have enjoyed many units at this property over the past 30 years but have bounced around because of uncomfortable beds. We had someone in each bed through the unit and found it to be very comfortable for sleeping after long days on the beach. The unit is beautifully decorated. We LOVE this property very much and have found a preference now for this unit. We hope to stay again in future beach travels. And of course, you can’t beat the direct access to the beach and the BEAUTIFUL view!

    We always vacation in PCB with another family! There was plenty of room for everyone and everything was perfect. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, plenty of towels and beach towels, beds were comfy, plenty of hot water and cold A/C! The pool with nice when you needed a break from the beach! We will definitely be back next year.

    This is a great unit. We really enjoyed the stay. We have stayed a various other locations in Panama City Beach/Laguna and we enjoyed this one the best.
