The owners of this condo do not rent it to groups of high school, college and/or other individuals who are under 25 years of age due to damage concerns.

THE MINIMUM AGE LIMIT FOR RENTING THIS CONDOMINIUM IS 25 YEARS.

IN THEIR RENTAL AGREEMENTS FOR THIS PROPERTY, THE OWNERS HAVE A CANCELLATION SECTION THAT PROVIDES A DETAILED CANCELLATION POLICY, WHICH IS FAIR TO BOTH THEM AND THEIR GUESTS.
