I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen cook ware needs to be updated and replaced. Was disappointed in the quality of the cook ware. Owners need replace some of the appliances and add a quality blender. Experienced problems with cable TV in living room. Lost reception a number of times and called the front desk to correct problem.

Stayed Apr 13, 2022Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon check-in, we discovered that our reservation was made for 6 days, even though we paid for 7. No amount of proof mattered to the staff. They refused to correct the situation until AFTER contacting Maui Condos instead of calling them while we were checking in. Disturbing and unprofessional. The condo itself was okay, but the patio doors did not work smoothly and kept the air conditioner from running until we tried several times to get them closed correctly. The air conditioning stopped working completely on the last two days of our visit.

Stayed Aug 10, 2021This was a last minute reservation and we were satisfied with our stay. Location was great, property was clean and our son had a great time at the pool. The only things that could have made it better was if the beach didn't have large rock formations just when you enter the water so boogie boarding wasn't available. Also, and the most annoying, was that the music that constantly played at the pools was very mellow and took away from any type of upbeat, tropical time that you would want around a pool. Other than those, it is a good place to stay.

Stayed May 6, 2021We loved our stay. It’s a beautiful property with fabulous views of the garden and ocean. Wonderful pool and spa.. The beach was great too. It was a short distance to Lahaina and Whalers Village. The only downside was the restaurant. It was a lovely location but the food was not great and the fish was over cooked and salads drenched in dressing.. I wouldn’t recit.

Stayed Jan 17, 2020Loved the location and views from our ocean view Kaanapali Shores property! Great amenities, and the I particularly liked buying excursions from the expedia folks, and the $10 morning yoga classes on the waterfront while watching whales breach.
