Shipyard Village A41 is beautifully renovated and updated throughout. The oceanfront, end unit location in the North wing offers great ocean and beach views. You can see the ocean when you walk in the door! The living area has a wall of windows and sliding door that opens to the covered balcony. The dining area has a wet bar and the kitchen is updated with breakfast bar, granite counter tops, and stainless appliances. Bedroom 1 has a wall of windows and view of the ocean. The private bathroomis remodeled with a garden tub and tiled walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms feature a private vanity with sink. The hall bathroom is remodeled with a walk-in shower with glass enclosure. Amenities include Reserved Covered Parking.
