Oceanfront resort condo with pools, hot tubs, balcony, central AC, & WiFi

Check in was wow, two hours late do to room cleaning. But the manager was super awesome and took care of us. Staff was overall great, nice, and helpful. Our room wasn’t completely clean although we had to wait so long to get in so we had to clean one of the bathroom floors. Really didn’t complain but they offered to re-clean the floors when I told them about it. Overall the room was pretty decent my only complaint is the air was either the tundra or you are sweeting, no in between, and the WiFi was so so. The Elevators are horrible not enough and can take a while before you get one, bag carts horrible trying to find one, parking was not very convenient especially if you have car carriers or large vehicle you have to pay extra and they offer no area to store carriers. The regular Parking garage is tight and busy. The pool area is nice but very busy. Resort was overall not a bad experience but definitely room for improvement. I think we will look else where in the future, but I wouldn’t shy away from staying here again.

Late nights we could hear very loud noise coming from room nearby, sounds of moving furniture at 2-4 am. building elevators on one day worked sporadically and people were waiting 30-40 minutes . Took stairs to floor 11 and down twice that day. Unit had a few small things that didn't work correctly. Won't come back here.

Great, relaxing view, place had everything we needed! Loved having a washer/dryer and fridge w ice maker. Also, the open kitchen/living space was really nice to be able to have a view of the ocean while in the kitchen. Only had to call front desk once for towels and Julia, who was very nice & friendly, brought up right away w a smile. Wish we would’ve booked for a longer stay!

We love Baywatch Resort and this was the best room yet! We lived all of the upgrades and the location is perfect. It’s just outside of the loud downtown area but within a short drive of all shopping and restaurants. Of course Baywatch has everything and you don’t really have to go anywhere if you don’t want to. We will stay again!

Loved the ocean view and all the water amenities!

The water amenities were amazing! The staff not so great and the cleanliness of the place upon arrival wasn’t the best. We made the best of it and had a great time.

We stayed here for a week in September. The balcony provides a great view of the beach, and the kitchen is a nice size for the size of the unit. We appreciated having an automatic ice maker, and a washer and dryer right in the unit. It was a short trek down to the beach. The couch was very uncomfortable, and we didn’t agree that the unit benefitted from the “expert cleaning” promised in the listing.

You need to know that we feel very disappointed with our stay at Bay Watch. Our oven was not working and it took 4 different crews of service men throughout our entire Saturday (until 11:00 pm) to figure out what was wrong... the oven is still is not heating properly... the dishwasher does not work. I ran the washer last night and it is still caked with detergent and dirty dishes (which I had to wash by hand this morning). 3 of our 4 keys did not open the unit's door. Nor the entrance to the parking deck. And upon arrival there was only 1 cart available for the entire complex. We will not be returning to this facility. I strongly feel that we deserve a partial refund.

Towel bar anchors were coming out of wall so bar could not be hung. Jets in tub had black mold on each one. The sofa was so dirty that we put a sheet over it to sit on it.
