Reviewer Comments: We have been to Maui many times over the last several years, and we always choose Kihei Sands as our place to stay. The property is well kept and the location on Sugar Beach is perfect. Connie, Patrick and Sarah are always a pleasure to work with and make sure our experience is perfect every time. I can’t say enough good things about staying here, and would recommend to anyone visiting Maui!

Reviewer Comments: We had a memorable 25 night stay at Kihei Sands ; recommended by friends who have been coming to this property for years. The units are ample for singles , couples and smallish families. My husband and I had a one bedroom unit and our daughter had another one bedroom unit and our daughter, son in law and two children had a second floor unit with two bedrooms. The property is small which makes it friendly and comfortable. The kitchenettes were just perfect and well equipped with full sized fridge, range and microwave. We used the barbeques a lot and the outdoor area had tables large enough to seat eight easily. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and we would definitely return. This property is just a few steps from the beach and walking on the beach is endless .

Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom small but adequate. Good cable tv set up and ac in main area. Bedroom has ceiling fan only. Landscaping is beautiful. Ocean view pretty much non-existent but short walk to the beautiful lanai pool area which is beachfront. We stayed for two weeks and have stayed multiple times at Kihei Sands. We were able to arrange late check out which was helpful.

It is so easy to reach any part of the island from North Kihei. We also love the beach that is never crowded and you can walk for miles.
