Such a great little spot for the value! And the host was amazing - very kind and helpful!

This is a lovely condo. We enjoyed our stay in the midst of Bike Week and couldn't have been happier. We were not far from Main Street and a lot of local restaurant. The condo was equipped with everything you may need and/or forgot at home. The pool at the resort was nice and clean. the beach access couldn't be better! We can not wait to return.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. Overall, I ended up leaving a night early due to how uncomfortable the bed and couch were. The towels were very old and I didn’t feel comfortable using them. The toilet ran constantly once flushed and the shower wasn’t enjoyable, and the curtains were not blackout, which made it hard to sleep Without a dishwasher, I didn’t feel comfortable using the dishes. On the positive side, the pool area was great and the parking garage was very convenient. Helen was very responsive and easy to communicate with which I appreciate it however, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Everything was so clean. Huge window to catch the view. Will stay again if ever back in daytona

Cute little condo, perfect location for our needs. Easy access to the pool, beach, shops, restaurants. Water was hot, shower pressure was good, fridge, freezer, microwave and stove worked. Did not use the oven during our stay. Helen was very quick to respond to questions, needs etc from start to finish. Very pleasant and easy to work with. Downfalls we incurred though were 1. Room is EXTREMELY humid. Our clothes, pillows, sheets always felt damp. My children went to eat their Mini Muffins one morning that are in those individually sealed plastic bags and they were soggy. I went to take my meds and my pill crumbled in my hand and the blue color stained my fingers. They had been in a plastic bill box. 2. The toilet keeps running after being flushed and you have to jiggle the handle everytime to get it to stop. 3. The door handle to the balcony needs replaced or fixed because it feels like you are going to pull it right off the door when trying to close the door and lock it. 4. The front door interior swing lock piece needs adjusted because it sticks and you have to lift it up while turning the handle just to get the door open. Could be a big problem if there was an emergency and people need to evacuate quickly. 5. Not much closet/drawer space at all for 4 people. Had to move all the extra towels and sheets to the ottoman so we could stack clothes in the fake dresser. Overall though, for the price and location, we made it work and had a wonderful week! Thank you for everything!

Couldnt of asked for a better place to stay. Very secure and relaxing got to enjoy it and contacting hellen was super easy. 100% accurate description of the place. Loved it would like to go back again

Everything was fine except the water pressure in the shower. It was dreadful to take a shower. Helen was very accommodating and had a plumber there 3 times in the week we were there with no resolution.

The studio was cute, comfortable and the location was perfect for where the event was located. The location is safe offering good security. The pool and the beach was easily accessible. It offers has all the amenities we need for our 4 day stay. Parking was easy offering cover garage parking. Our host, Helen was most gracious, professional and was available for questions we had from the beginning. She was available for communication on questions we had. Through no fault of hers, we experienced a maintenance issue with the water pressure that dropped to an insufficient level. Without hesitation, Helen quickly moved us to another condo which was lovely. We had a wonderful experience with Helen and will call her again for our next stay in Daytona. You can have confidence in her when booking your stay.

This is our second time staying here. Since our stay was for a month, we love the location on the beach (plus the beautiful pool this year) and the unit is fully equipped to meet our needs.Propep Manager Helen was so wonderful to communicate with. This property was spot on with the description. Very clean and newly renovated. The shower pressure was not the best, but this is an older building. Check-in and communication with the host was great.

Property was a little dated but overall provided a good value. It was clean and accurately represented. IT was a less than a 2 minute walk to the beach without the need to cross any roadways.

This is such a beautiful place, fully renovated, you have everything you need, & the beach is just a few steps away. Helen the host has been so accommodating and responsive, she had very clear instructions on checking in & out. Can't wait to stay there again.

I've stayed in the Daytona Beach Club many times in various units and Helen's is one of the best. Large, clean studio unit with a full, well-equipped kitchen that's perfect for one or two people on vacation. You can see the ocean (and a smidge of beach) from the north-facing balcony, which is supplied with four chairs. King bed was great and quite firm. Nice couch/lounge with an enormous Roku TV for rainy days or relaxing after a day on the beach. If you've never stayed in the DBC, the location is fantastic. Great food and entertainment within a couple of blocks, a short drive to plenty of shopping including Publix, Ross and Marshall's and plenty of on-site parking with security on the weekends. The pool deck and the property's private beach access are currently being re-built with a new seawall to remedy the issues from the 2022 storms, and unfortunately the public beach access and bathroom right outside the building were closed for the seawall rebuild while we were there, as well. I would wager the public stuff should be re-opened soon, as they were open a few months ago. If they're still closed when you're there just go to the other public access just past the La Quinta next door. No bathroom there, but they have rinse-off showers. Anyway, if you like being on the beach but don't need an oceanfront room, and you want a clean affordable, convenient unit - this place is for you!

Ms Helen was very sweet and easy to communicate with! The location is nice and close to many fun activities and restaurants, including being by the beach. It was a nice and quiet stay that we enjoyed very much 💕
