If you’d rather explore Myrtle Beach first, you’re within walking distance of the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, the Skywheel, mini golf, shops, restaurants, and bars.
When you return, relax at home in the central AC while you watch a little TV or prep some dinner in the full, well-equipped kitchen. Grab a meal together at the dining table for four, then use the free WiFi to catch up on email. Even better, unplug entirely out on the balcony, enjoying the stars rising over the ocean before bed.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We arrived at the unit to dirty, sticky floors and bathrooms and various other areas. We did not feel the deeper cleaning like linens/beds would be sanitary after the surface level cleaning was done so poorly. Customer service for the unit was not very helpful, though they did refund our cleaning fee. We did NOT stay at the unit, despite not being able to get a refund. We ended up paying for a hotel room for our trip on top of the money we had already spent on this rental.
The condo does not have an adjacent home to the left, so the view of the ocean is expensive and gorgeous
We had the top floor and a very nice view. The facility pools are older and limited. The only pool that was deep was indoor and was closed multiple days. Outdoor has a 1’ kid pool, which was nice for our 4 year old. The lazy river was small and only had a few usable rafts. The facility location was convenient to the boardwalk.
Rained 3.5 of the 7 days we were there. Didn't know it was going to be bike week. Lights were out above both bathroom sinks, master bedroom was smaller than normal, could barely walk between end of bed and dresser. Piece fell out of slow close commode lid, tried to stick it back in but wouldn't stay. Would be nicer with just 3 people but 4 was a little to crowed for it. Overall, view was great, got a lot of reading in and just about any type of restaurant/bar was within walking distance.

The room was livable... however housekeeping could have thoroughly cleaned the room. They did a hit and miss type of job.
I love not having to check in at the front desk, but however I still had questions to ask. The unit it’s self was nice. They could have clean underneath the pull out bed, and once we pulled the bed out it was broken. I called vacasa to let them know supposedly a Maintance man was coming out but no one never did. So I had two people sleeping on that small couch. They gave me the wrong code to access room so I had to wait like 45 mins before I could even access the room. Per the front desk clerk, they was suppose to lea e parking passes in the room but they didn’t. So he was generous enough to give me one. Upon checking out I still never heard anything back from vacasa regarding the broken bed. So I guess I have to just take that as a loss. First time booking with Vacasa not sure if I’ll do it again, because if you have any issues they don’t get resolved plus u have to call a miner which could take forever to do, then you losing out on your day to spend with family.
