Oceanfront PCB Condo w/ Balcony & Pool Access!

The balcony was big and comfy, that was my favorite spot, the condo had everything that's stated, sitting directly on the beach. The only thing I didn't like was the wait time for the elevators, other than that, we really enjoying our stay!!!!

Nice location, had everything we needed. Could have used a good cleaning. Bathrooms especially. Overall good, we enjoyed.

Wonderfully laid out condo with all the comforts of home. Loved the views from the balcony while sitting on the comfortable furniture. Karen was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful with any questions I had. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Panama City Beach.

Nice location. Easy Access to the beach. The balcony furniture was so comfortable. The Local Steamer is located across the street and it is WONDERFUL.

Great condo on the beach. The owners have put a lot of effort into making their home comfortable and inviting. Comfy beds, lots of seating and a great outdoor sofa and chair set. What made our trip truly outstanding was Karen the house manager. Excellent communication and advice before and throughout our stay, checking in frequently to make sure we were ok as the storm came in. Her customer service, in combination with the facilities made this a fab PBC mini break. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall we had a good time but the grout in the shower in the master bedroom hasn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. There was also black mold around the tub shower from lack of scrubbing and also around the sink in the kitchen. The property is nice and deserves better housekeeping

Condo was nice. Needs some minor repairs and deep cleaning. There is mold in the tub/shower and on some parts of ceiling. Beware if you are tall. The ceilings are very low in the showers and the sinks are oddly short. There is no where to put your shampoo/soap in the master shower. A cheap shower caddy would solve that problem. No hand towels at all, which was also strange. Only two sets of towels, wash cloths per bathroom.The complex is nice and the beach was not overly crowded. We paid to rent the beach chairs and the are very close to your neighbors. We had people smoking and smoking weed next to us which was gross. The balcony has two club chairs and a sofa.

Great looking property with an awesome view! Close to anything you could possibly want. Will book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It was clean, in good shape, sufficiently stocked w/towels, kitchen equipment and even had beach chairs and various beach toys. Location was decent; convenient/walking distance from a few restaurants with souvenir shopping and a mini store across the street!

Would stay there again.
