Stayed Mar 30, 2025We stayed for a week during spring break and this was a great property! Beach access was easy, the pool was great when we wanted something different, and there were many restaurants and bars close for entertainment and dining.

Stayed Sep 19, 2023We had an amazing time! Spent a week here and waking up to the sound of the ocean is amazing. We spent a lot of time at the ocean and pool. It’s not far from Disney World so we did that 2 of the days. The condo is very clean and easy to get anywhere you need to go. It was me and my boyfriend as well as 3 children 14, 10 and 9 and it was enough room for everyone! We will definitely be coming back here next vacation!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had issues with the key and couldn't enter the unit upon initial arrival. Made a call and text to Kelsy of the Stay in Cocoa Beach rental company. Within a few minutes, someone drove to the condo to verify the key wouldn't work and got us in the unit. They were apologetic and did everything they could to make up for the minor inconvenience. The unit was clean with a great view. Would definitely stay here again!
