Our stay was amazing. Everything you need is in cabin. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Communication with host was immediate. No problems just came during storm. Would definitely recommend and will stay again!

Terri is an excellent host! Very responsive and accommodating. We were arriving early and since it’s the winter season she so graciously allowed us to check in at noon. The cabana was stocked with everything you could need, the bed was super comfortable and the linens were fresh and clean. Very pleased with our stay!

This was the perfect stay to celebrate our anniversary! It was well equipped and clean. Plenty of space for 2 adults. The super close location to the beach was amazing and truly a highlight of this place.

We stayed in this location the previous year and loved it. It's a great area with a fairly quiet beach and a few great local spots to eat or get coffee. The kitchen has what you need, but we had decided to do so minimally this time around. The rooftop deck is a great place to sit in the evenings with a good view of the sunsets. We really enjoyed our second trip and would definitely book again. Check in is easy as is checking out. Highly recommend.

We requested 6 days after reading minimum stay but we were forced to pay a night to keep the booking. I would not consider it a romantic getaway. There really was no privacy sitting outside the Cabana. We had very loud people staying on each side of us.

We had the most amazing stay at this beach cottage in Hatteras! The location is unbeatable—steps away from the beach, with gorgeous views and the soothing sounds of the ocean all day long. The cottage itself was charming, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the cozy decor, the spacious deck, and the fact that we could walk to nearby shops and restaurants.The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. We’ll definitely be coming back to this slice of paradise in Hatteras—highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

Lovely cabana. Very nice for the off season but I would not choose to stay there during the summer as the neighbors are too close

This was the perfect little getaway for my husband and I - access to the beach, and minutes from Hatteras Marina where we went out for a fishing charter. While the square footage is small, we had just enough space to enjoy a long weekend close to all things wonderful on Hatteras Island. Host, check-in, and information provided was all clear and easily navigable. Thanks for a great stay!

We usually don’t have to furnish our own towels and washcloths, the hot water in the shower was Luke warm at best, no instructions for air conditioner, could not get the TV to work, and for old people, 75 and 76 the bed was a challenge to get in and out of

We really loved the cabana. It was open layout. Better than others we have stayed in. The bed slept great. We had everything needed. Location was convenient for us. The only thing that that could be better is higher temp on hot water in shower.

This was an adorable, stunningly beautiful little spot to have our four-day weekend vacay. SUPER clean, fully equipped with almost everything we could imagine, and a wonderful ambience.

Loved the beachy decor of the Cabana! Small but functional with everything you need for your stay. Steps away from the ocean. A fun beach for beachcombing and watching the dolphins frolic. The host Terri was very informative and was quick to answer any questions. Lots to see in the area. The top deck gave awesome views of the ocean! We would definitely go again! Perfectly small cabana, right beside the ocean. Communication couldve been better other than that everything was perfect.

This was my third stay in the cabana and I hope to return many more times. It was the perfect location and size for my aunt and I. The cabana was generously stocked and we had everything we needed for our stay. We had a wonderful time and made lots of special memories.

Nice getaway, nice seashore decor

My husband and I came for a four-night stay over Thanksgiving, to finally have some time away and a honeymoon over a year after our wedding :D This trip was just what we needed and wanted! The property was clean, pretty, conveniently located, and had almost everything you could need or want. We didn't think to bring towels with us...make sure you do that (personal and beach towels), and also bring paper towels and a few more blankets (this info is in the details they gave, but I completely missed it, that was my fault). Overall, amazing place. The kitchen was fully-stocked and we made some wonderful meals in it! The bed was comfy, the water pressure in the shower was good, and we were very happy with our choice. The weather was chilly and rainy most of the time we were there, so we didn't get to enjoy the roof deck as much as we would have liked, but the view was beautiful, night and day. Beach access was easy. The location itself is convenient to pretty much everything. The owner was kind and prompt in her responses to our questions. The guest book was full of wonderful little stories, snapshots of others who had come and stayed and enjoyed themselves to. Definitely coming back!

Perfect is the best description of our weekend stay. Can’t wait for another trip..the next trip will definitely be longer.

The cabana was the perfect size for the two of us, there was lots of storage space for everything so we never felt crowded. We stayed in for a few meals and everything was there we needed. You can sit on the top deck and relax and enjoy the view of the waves rolling in or a 30 second walk to walk the beach. The availability of the beach chairs under the deck were very appreciated. Our next trip to OBX will start with a search for the cabanas availability!

What a treat to get away and stay at the Sea La Vie cabana! Everything we needed was there - And the beach! Watching the sunsets and sunrises and ocean from the upper deck was beautiful. It’s not a totally unobstructed vote of the beach but you could see it and hear it from the cabana. They provided a nice variety of music and dvds and books also. Loved it!

A little honeymoon getaway, was relaxing and quiet. Nice to sit on top deck in the a.m with a cup of coffee and enjoy the sound of the waves

This unique little community is several one room cabins in a row. The cabin is well furnished and clean. The owner was responsive when we had questions about upcoming hurricane. We had a wonderful time! Quiet restful getaway for two! Easy walk to beach. Quaint town in Outer Banks. Didn’t want to leave!

We had a great stay. The cabana is intimate and was perfect for just the two of us. The views from the upper deck were great and we really got use out of the outdoor space.
