Oceanfront Maui condo w/ lanai and pool access

RK 1207 was an outstanding condo with magnificent views of the ocean and Molokai! We enjoyed watching the whales breach from our Lana’i! The condo was so comfortable and had more than we needed for a home away from home!

We had a lovely time. It was just right for the two of us.

The condo was comfortable for us, the view was spectacular, the pool area was a treasure!

Great condo for my wife and I. We loved the view of the ocean, easy access to the beach, and comfortable bed. We would stay here again!

My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks at the end of June and into July 2023. We accidentally booked the room for a day later than our arrival. Thankfully, we were able to get in contact with management and get an extra night added. This happened at 10pm on a Wednesday night and we were still able to get into our room. The room was clean and the balcony was great for sunsets and morning coffee. Additionally this is the second summer in a row that we have stayed in this unit. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to be close to great beaches.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. Very clean and really nice layout. Large windows from both living area and bedroom viewing the ocean. The condo kitchen and bathroom are updated. The grounds are nice and the pool large and warm. Always lounge chairs available throughout the day. The location was quiet, you needed to drive to restaurants and shopping. There wasn’t a running trail nearby so have to go on the road. The beach is small and short, the shoreline in this area is receding. We would drive up to Kaanapali and walk the ocean walkway which was beautiful. One comment was the high bar chairs on the lanai were uncomfortable to sit on for very long. But the view was amazing. Very happy with the condo. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of this area.

Nice space with everything you need: well outfitted kitchen, laundry, bathroom with separate sink area, great location with nice beach and great view of ocean from lanai. This is a really nice place to see turtles all the time. Rented SUPs and kayaks at the complex next store and had turtles swimming under or kayaks. Very cool. Very nice staff at complex too.

My only complaint, is they don’t provide enough dishwasher pods (3-4), garbage bags and toilet paper (we had to purchase!)! We stayed for 16 days ...they should provide enough for the length of our stay! This unit does have a washer/dryer, which is a convenient. The view is amazing and shows their beautiful sunsets.
