This condo was right on the beach. Breathe taking views.

Everything went well I could not remember the door code and my phone had died when I came back on the host had already replied with the code. Super friendly and fast response the rooms were nice and tidy thank you

I enjoyed my stay, but there was mold in the master bath under the sink and the washer filled up but wouldnt wash or drain.

We had a blast the week of our stay here. It was the absolute perfect location with the beach right there, the beautiful views, and plenty of activities for the kids. The owner was very pleasant and helpful as well. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Check in was easy. Robin was on top of everything. There were some issues that came up and she was very prompt with responding and took care of everything. Really enjoyed my time here and always a great stay at Splash.

Had an issue with cleaning in the room and was told that property was just there to make sure I payed extra for parking and for the pool . Had to clean bath tub in main bed room had sand in it . Had to clean sheets in other bedroom cause my guest had sand in it along with sand fleas from getting bites on his legs along with pictures to prove the issues. Now my wife has bites on her . Password for WiFi never worked

Was adequate ... nothing outstanding to brag about

Check in was easy. The property was good except there is no arcade or mini bowling, the pools are not really heated as advertised, elevator was down for a few days which made wait times crazy. Communication with owner went well. Responded quickly. Washer had a terrible mildew smell, fridge wouldn’t seal correctly, and Thermostat kept saying poor air quality and for us to open a window. Owner did send people to fix issue but was never resolved. We also were not notified of a time frame for someone to come by and I had just got out of the shower when they entered the room. The place had plenty of space and the view was beautiful. I think they need to hire new cleaners because it was not cleaned properly. The beds are decent but the master bed was very firm.

The condo was just as described. The view was amazing from the balcony, and you could watch the sunrise and sunsets from there. We enjoyed the pool area and beach everyday. The beach service chairs that were included were a nice bonus, you just have to get down there early if you want front row. All in all it was a great experience.

We had the best time. This is a must-resort if you have kiddos. There is a BIG splash pad, a lazy river, and two pools - one heated. We didn't have to leave the complex. The condo was a perfect space for two adults, two kiddos, and one baby. The beds were very comfortable, but the sofa was not very comfortable. Using both showers/baths at the same time put a strain on the hot water heater. Just a comment on the complex - We didn't have to wait long on the elevators, except on the day we checked out. From 9 to 10:00, everyone is going out to the pool or beach or checking out and we waited over 30-40 minutes for there to be room on an elevator. With this, we still look forward to booking here again!

The room was perfect. The host had everything set up and ready. The only cons for the entire resort was the elevators took a decent amount of time to pick you up. The kids water park water was ice cold. We spent most of our time on the beach or visiting things in town, or just hanging out in the room. Loved our vacation.

We loved how spacious the condo was and how nice it was. The beds were really comfortable and the master bedroom was spacious. The pullout couches were comfy as well and well maintained. The pools, and splash pad was well kept and fun entertainment for the kids.

We went as a family to enjoy this great condo and enjoyed it very much. The condo was clean and well maintained. The view was excellent and the beach was awesome. We where able to see dolphins and rays from the balcony.

We had a wonderful time at this great condo. It was as described. Plenty of seating. Very kid friendly resort. This is one of our favorites. Would definitely stay again!

New cushions outside, a working vacuum and garbage disposal are highly needed. There is mold behind the bathroom fixtures, in the washer and all the vents are full of dust. However the pull out couch and chair are comfortable and allow for extra guests to stay comfortably!

We had a great stay at this condo! Like other reviews it could have used a little more cleaning and couches were not that comfortable, but overall stay was excellent. The 2 king beds were comfortable, and kitchen was fully equipped. We loved that this condo came with beach chairs. The resort itself was a perfect place to bring our 3-year-old son. He had a blast and we loved that it had a eating place there that we could grab lunch, drinks and ice cream. It made for a nice treat after playing all day in the sun. We would recommend staying at this condo.

Loved our stay even though I had to sweep and mop the floors when we arrived because there was quite a bit of sand on them and because of that I wasn’t sure if the bed sheets and pillow cases on the beds were clean so I washed all of them and remade the beds. The condo was beautiful though.
