We loved the balcony and views. The overall condition of the condo was very dated and old. It definitely needs an update. We still enjoyed our stay there

Good location! Condo needs updates and a deep clean. Wifi did not work!

The condo was OK. The lock was missing on the door. Only a deadbolt worked. There was no air conditioning. There were tiny ants all over the kitchen counter. Other than that, the room was fine.

This one bedroom condo has gorgeous ocean views including the sunset from the balcony! Everything was fully stocked - kitchen, bathroom linens, towels, laundry, and tonnes of beach toys! The space was perfect for three of us. Plenty of fans helped to cool the place down. Location is great and central to many beaches and activities.

Great location, great condo, great access to the beach. Whales and turtles right outfront. Having no AC isnt too bad with the windows open. Don't forget to support the local farmera market just down the road. We will be back!

Right on the beach-location was great, a little outdated but who is coming to Hawaii to stay in the room the whole time? Has a washer and dryer which was wonderful for a longer stay like we had, place was a little dirty but nothing gross-just some slight stains on walls but sheets and dishes were all clean so there was no concern that the place isn’t taken care of between guests. There is no A/C so keep that in mind. Fans in every room but they don’t go too fast, smaller portable fan also provided that helped some. We figured out at the end of our stay the windows open and that helped immensely. Neighbors were quiet and location was great in town, near a good deal of restaurants and grocery stores. Would stay here again if we come back to Maui!

Propert was wonderful. Immaculately kept grounds and very nuce pool area. Location was perfect. Tracie the hoat was great.

My family and I stayed here right before Christmas. Location is unbeatable and the view was so beautiful each day. Large lanai to eat meals from and ample windows for air flow and view. Hide-a-bed worked well for kids to sleep on and master bed was comfortable. The condo complex was awesome as well and many families were using the grills and outdoor kitchen while kids swam in the pool. We thought this was a great feature. Overall, this was a great condo. The only thing I noticed was one picture of the kitchen in the listing was a different kitchen and there was some sand on the floor when we arrived. However, I understand how difficult it is to get rid of sand at a beach condo! We would stay here again if in Kihei and it is so close to everything.

Location 100’-150’ from the beach. Corner unit with big balcony, well equipped kitchen, small but nice pool, friendly reception. Can't get more for price you are paying. Be back ?

Such a great location. Beautiful sunsets right from the lanai!
