Stayed May 31, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon entering the unit for the first time we were overcome with a smell which was a combination of sewage and perfume. That evening we went to turn on the A/C (only small unit above the bed) and it did not work. Pulled the plug and saw it and the outlet were burnt from arcing. (Come to find out later there is a switch for the A/C by the door).Also found the plug by the sink in the master was broken (pulled off the gang adaptor which fell apart and started working) and plug by kitchen sink nor working. Also did not have anything to wash dishes *no sponge or rag and no dishwasher detergent. Reported issues and bought plugin air fresheners for the sewage smell. Within a couple days we were notified a handyman would come out. Long and short of it2 days before end got diswashing pods, day before we left the toilet was reset taking care of the smell, electrical was never addressed.

Stayed Dec 27, 2024The condo is in great location a little south of the busiest area of Kailua Kona bay. Less commercial but still very convenient. It has a great ocean/pool view. The condo is spacious with a sink in master bedroom which provides additional convenience. Checkin and checkout very easy. We enjoyed it very much.

Stayed Dec 16, 2024Great location . A small condo complex which makes a nice relaxing quiet setting no loud music or partying. Kitchen is well stocked thanks for having containers to store left overs Beach towels chairs and a cooler. Clean,bed was comfy loved the heavy blinds to block out light at night.Would recommend to my friends

Stayed Nov 29, 2024Perfect place to stay. Thecsunsets were gorgeous, and we had the best spot to watch. The mornings were just about a good, seeing the sun come up and watching surfers out before it was light enough to see. Just perfect!
