Oceanfront King Studio w/ Balcony | Sunrise Views

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was great! The view of the sunrise in the morning was everything!

We loved our stay and the view from the room and balcony! We would love to come back!

This was an unplanned, last-minute trip after our initial vacation plans were canceled. I wanted a room with a view. We got exactly that - and a beautiful view it was! The bed was very comfortable. The room was spotless with a nice big bathroom. We just happened to hit some of the best March weather we could have asked for. It was exactly what we needed to unwind and do NOTHING but enjoy the breeze and the sound of the ocean. We will most definitely stay again if we plan another trip there. My ONLY suggestion would be to leave instructions on how to find the DBR TV channels. Thank you!

The host was very welcoming and informative. The condo had everything that we needed along with a wonderful view, a comfortable bed and pillows, and soft plush towels.The resort property is in need of some repair. They need better access to and from the beach. The parking is frightful at the moment with the parking garage closed. There was usually one sometimes two of of the four elevators working. But the condo rental price and the comfort made up for it.

Nice place. Logistics worked out well. Main negative issue was loud noise from maintenance/repairs in the building early in the morning (7:30 AM) and throughout the day. Registered a complaint with the front desk.

Hot tub was nice, the jets could have been better but we enjoyed our suite, elevators were always available loved the view from the 10th floor balcony, very comfortable bed, do to the parking garage was closed for repairs we had to park in the lot next door to the south of the property not very far away though. We would stay there again

The room had a wonderful view! We were also aware that the amenities around the condo were in disarray due to the recent hurricane activity in that area over the last few years. Our room was simply decorated and clean. The patio was our favorite spot!

The panoramic ocean view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, uninterrupted and serene, it truly made our stay special. We spent hours simply enjoying the scenery and relaxing in the peaceful atmosphere. The room itself was in great condition: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We also loved the convenience of being within walking distance of excellent restaurants and shopping centers, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. However, the exterior of the building and surrounding property could benefit from some urgent maintenance and a thoughtful renovation. With a bit of care and uplift, the overall experience could be elevated to match the beauty of the view and the comfort of the room. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this place, especially for the stunning ocean views!

This studio apartment is a perfect fit for two people! It was super clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Whether you're relaxing in the apartment or on the balcony, the view is amazing. Retail stores, Publix (my fave) and restaurants, all within walking distance. We would definitely choose this place again!

Condo is great but building is in bad shape from Hurricanes from years ago still never fixed parking garage or amy of pools ...hallways ac barely works but condo AC works great ..

Room was very clean. The views were amazing. It was perfect for me and my wife.

The view 2 wals of windows are beautiful the balcony is spacious and relaxing. The 2 ac units kept the space nice and cool on very got days. Could have used another side table on the balcony or even a rack typ thing to dry beach towels on. There's no oven or even a toaster oven to cook in, so purchase wisely. I'd bought an oven bake only frozen pizza but had to throw it out. The bathroom is spacious. There are several elevators in the section of the building to the condo. Unfortunately, 2 of them were malfunctioning and shut down most of the time we were there.There are 3 pools in the complex, it was a bummer that none of them are still operational and the pool decks are all closed. Hopefully someday they will be back up and available.I discovered this 10th floor condo is right at bird cruising height. Super cool seeing the Pelicans and Osprey eye to eye.

Great value

My husband and I absolutely loved our time. The view is unbeatable, the bed was so comfortable, and the room and bathroom was spacious. We loved watching the waves from bed. The public access to the beach is right next door and very easily accessible from the resort. While there are no amenities available at the resort (like the pool), the room and view more than made up for it. It was also very clean and beautifully decorated. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our time!

I booked this unit based on the listing. I should have done more research about the property before making the reservation, so it is on me. The property is apparently still in terrible condition from the hurricane a couple years ago. But them PM wrote to ( after I had to make a change due to a family issue ) that if I wanted a resort experience I should not book that property. That would have been nice to know beforehand. I asked if possibly I could get back the fee for one of the 2 days I booked, but was told no. So they got 2 days and cleaning fees for doing nothing. Not a great way to do business. But my mistake for not looking into it further on my own prior to making the reservation. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Great place! Loved the location. Would stay again

I will probably never stay in a a prettier place than Daytona Beach Resort. My efficiency condo was a corner room on the tenth floor, with two sides almost all glass. As the manager will be very clear, the property still has significant damage from the recent hurricanes and the swimming pool and parking garage are inoperable. But the parking was not a problem, and I wouldn't use the pool, so no difficulty here. Again, my efficiency was just incredible. Renata did a fabulous job of communicating the situation and the workarounds.

We loved our stay, very nice room, comfy bed, great views. Sadly parking and facility ameneties not available due to Hurricane damage. Other than that great place to stay.

On 2-16-25 we booked a condo at the Daytona Beach Resort we were told no pool (which was okay) but were told on 3-20-25 when our reservation was for 3-30-25 that parking was offsite but was not told it would be at least 2 blocks away, no way to get to the beach from condo building had to walk down to public access, in the condo 2 window seals were broke so the front glass sliders were foggy, TV stand had a leg missing so it was wobbly, TV screen was scratched, microwave door had issues and no beach chairs.

I am all about the view and this view was AMAZING to say the least. You can watch the sun set over the bay and rise over the ocean. Laying in bed watching the sun rise was the best part of my day. Balcony was very nice to sit and relax watching the ocean below. Would stay here again!

Perfect stay for couples. The panoramic oceanfront view is unbeatable. Plenty to do nearby including shopping, bars and restaurants.

Property has some areas that need improvement. Room was great.

I’ll start with the good…the room is fantastic, just as described in the listing. The view from the 10th floor of the ocean are outstanding, with plenty of windows providing you a great view from inside. The balcony is massive, and the chairs provided outside were very comfortable. The bathroom is very nice, as was the small kitchen. Bed was comfortable. The check in process was a breeze. The property host was a also great, and was quick to respond to my communications, even on a holiday. This room is fantastic, and I’d book again in a heartbeat. However, the building the room is in leaves a lot to be desired. I still gave the room a 5* rating, as this is not the fault of the hosts. The building almost seems abandoned. It’s very quiet, in an eerie way not a relaxing one. The restaurant and workout facility in the building were closed. Two of the four elevators didn’t work. The indoor pool was closed. The outdoor pool/bar area was also closed. Not only was it closed, but still in disrepair from recent hurricanes. All other hotels/condo buildings either had completed repairs, or visually had begun cleanup and repairs, not this building. The building just threw some caution tape up, and called it a day. From the beach, the place looks like a dump. This building has such potential, and you can tell it was once very nice, but it’s beachside outdoor areas are in ruins, and the place just gives abandoned vibes on the inside. Again, not the fault of the host, the room is GREAT

This property was perfect for our quick visit for Thanksgiving. Room was excellent, just wish they would maintain the building a little better. Understand the damage from Hurricane but seems like they are just letting the building go.

The location and condo were perfect! Everything you need is right there!

It was really nice. Wasn’t expecting the whole place to look run down. But the condo itself was very clean. There was a grocery store right across the street so that was a plus and we also could walk to certain places to eat.
