Oceanfront Hilton Head Island Condo w/ Pool!

We had an incredible time at this amazing property! I'd highly recommend staying here!

It was a great spit for everything in the area and right on the beach was excellent walking close to restaurant and stores was great very clean condo Host Megan was great I love how she was very always available and gave great recommendations for ideas things to do on the island. I would stay at this property again

The condo was really nice, the view was amazing, and the location was ideal. It was a quick walk to the beach and shops and restaurants as well.

Accurate description. The apartment was midway through an upgrade, paint, etc. Good kitchen area, great view and location. The lock on our slider door was broken. Cleaning staff called someone immediately.

The location and view of the ocean from the balcony is great. It is located near restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops. Beach is lovely. Condo could use a deep cleaning. One of the door latches was broken, and the host didn’t seem to be concerned as there was no follow-up. Need better instructions regarding wi-fi and tv operation.

A well maintained boardwalk to the beach. A restaurant/shopping area were also walking distance. You can see the ocean from the balcony.1 Laundry machines were just down the hall. They had left a laundry soap packet on the counter for a load if you need it.One nice touch were the multi charging outlets on both night stands! The bathroom was small but clean. Water pressure was not great. Maybe a new shower head?The unit was small. There was a closet in the bedroom and I was glad I brought extra hangers. There was no dresser so we never unpacked fully.We needed to call the manager and she responded right away. The first call was to clarify parking. The second call was about getting the front room TV to work. (there was a 2nd tv in the bedroom). Again, she responded right away. She stopped by to drop off a hairdryer and look at the tv. We could get it to work but we realized that we needed the Samsung remote to be helpful. She was going to try to find a replacement. There were beach chairs but no umbrella so we never tried to use the beach chairs. A company rents on the beach for 46/day. One disappointment was the 2 balcony stools. Very thin cushions and 1 was missing. Even better would be new, thicker ones. I was glad to see a screen door to the balcony. The A/C worked fine for the hottest part of the day. Sliding glass door didn’t lock.The iron was broken but we had a steamer with us. This worked for us. Location and service is its best selling point.

The unit was comfortable. The outside temperatures were chilly (typical January) but the HVAC unit had no trouble keeping the inside temperature where we wanted it.

Nice place to stay for 1-2 people.

We enjoyed the villa # 266 because it had an Oceansideview of the beach and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was great however the coffee maker did not work no matter how many times we tried it different ways. Needs new one. Left note. We enjoyed our 3 night stay as a couple. Bed slept good if couch was sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 more sleepers was not comfortable but that is probably normal with sleeper sofas not sure. I would suggest this be for couples only and have 2 recliners instead of sleeper sofa for 2 more people Not really big enough for 4 even if children with you. Our bed was very comfortable. Overall good place for a couple to be in with Oceanside view

Reached out to host and received no response. The unit was dusty and not very clean. No instructions on where to dump the trash when we left. Luckily we found someone to show us where the dumpster was. The cushions on the outdoor furniture were thin so not a pleasant experience to sit on the balcony. The umbrella provided was torn so we couldn’t use it. We didn’t bring our own because the unit said it had beach accessories. I will not be staying in this unit or the property ever again.

Great place to stay; clean, convenient and well appointed.

We’ve stayed in the complex before, really enjoy being close to the ocean, the rooms are well suited for us.

Easy in; easy out! Everything was as advertised. We will be back for sure!

The area was very nice loved that part! The condo could use a thorough cleaning. The iron literally was in two pieces when I picked it up to use it! The pans are old and only one very small pot. The refrigerator broke our first day so no cold drinks, couldn’t buy groceries for our stay. The cushions on the outdoor metal chairs are paper thin so the chairs are not comfortable at all! I have called the host several times and yet to receive a call back. The host told me she would talk to the owner regarding a discount due to all the issues and so far no response!! Very disappointed with the customer service!!! I would not stay here again but I would return to the area.
