Oceanfront | Heated Pool-Towers Grande #403

This is our second time renting this specific condo. The pros are still pro: the parking spot in the garage, the location, ample room, the overall cleanliness of the property, the friendliness of the people who live there as you encounter them on the elevator. The beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. We mainly used the main TV and could log into our own accounts for things like Hulu, Netflix, YouTube etc which was nice. I would add that the last time we had stayed here we had problems with the TVs in the entire condo for odd reasons but we had ZERO issues this time! On the con side: Not really too much to note here except the towels are very basic towels (think Hampton Inn), the King bedroom shower is VERY slippery bc of the soft water I am assuming so be careful there! And the stove/oven was a bit difficult to manage the heat effectively. We had the same issue when we rented before so obviously, not a deal breaker but just be aware and patient LOL. All in all, we really do enjoy this place and it's location and proximity to everything we wanted to do during our stay. Would we stay here again? Why, yes we would!

Great View

We enjoyed our stay. There were a few hiccups but the Rental Agency and owner took care of them in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this condo. I gave 4 stars for the online listing as it said there were 2 king and 1 queen bed. There was actually 1 King and 2 queen beds.

Great property. Had a couple small issues that were handled quickly by the property mgr and the owner.

We were a little hesitant booking here as the pictures looked great, but we have been disappointed in the past with destinations that did not match their pictures. Towers Grande was the opposite. The pictures give a very accurate depiction of the property. The bedrooms and furniture were well appointed. Ample TV's throughout the house with a solid mesh wifi for all over coverage. There is even a small work desk which was great because we had to work a few days while there. The view of the ocean was great, we could see the kids and grandma from the room. Check-in was easy and smooth and was communicated with before, during, and after the rental. Free parking in a nice underground garage is great. Right across the street from a great mini-golf location with live gator feedings and a general dollar store. The little things made the property great. In the garage there were shopping carts for there residence to use to transport groceries from the dollar general or winn-dixie. There also were valet carts available to help bring luggage to and from the car. Not in the pictures there was even a patio in the front that was screened and had a fan. This was great for staging the beach outings and getting keeping sandy stuff out of the house. Overall it was a great stay and we will have this location be on the top of our list for repeat visits. Additional note, the pool are still closed, but we didn't need them as we used the beach instead.

Overall, it’s a 4/5. First the positives: great location, great parking space in the garage, plenty of baskets and valets to help get ur stuff to the condo, great beach view, great main TV with Bose sound, and nice dining area. Now for the not as great items: it wasn’t as clean as we expected. It’s dusty behind the beds, dressers etc. there were pieces of small trash items here and there. Nothing terrible, but it just wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. While the description says well stocked kitchen, it’s not really. One sauce pan (yes, 1!) , several frying type pans that are so scratched and worn they are in no way non stick, the cooking tools are a mismatch of things and no spatulas (rubber ends), no ice cream scooper LOL, the stove is old and scratched up (flat top) and took forever to preheat as did the toaster oven. The bar seating area is 2 bar stools and hardly enough room to be comfortable considering the walkway of the hall or the walkway out of the kitchen so it felt a little cramped. We had problems with all TVs when we got there. The property management was excellent at getting them addressed within 24 hours! They were VERY responsive. The hot water was good so long as 3 people don’t take showers around the same time! Other notes: Linens were good quality. Towels were good. The seating in the main room was very accommodating and worked well for us. Each bedroom had ceiling fans which we appreciated. The wireless worked well. Overall, it’s a 4/5. It was solid but not outstanding. If u r a family intending to spend time at the beach, it is very accommodating with beach chairs, toys etc.

The condo was beautiful and accurately represented in the listing. Everything was clean. The location was perfect, right on the beach with the most beautiful views. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.

We paid more than last year but when we got to the condo the balcony was closed for a week then the last week the pools were closed for renovation. No prior notice of any of this. I was aware that renovation was taking place in the building but not to were it would effect us. The pool closing was a bummer. I wrote to Oceans realty expressing how it would be the right thing for the owners to refund a t least a few days stay as we pay extra for ocean view and to stay here. I never got a response from them on that just kinda ignored regarding the refund issue and speaking to owners. Overall we managed as did not want to let this upset our vacation (I month stay) Next year might come back not sure yet but will make sure none of this exists
