Oceanfront - Ground Floor - Steps to the Beach - Next to Cocoa Beach Pier

The property was very clean and had all the amenities to keep our stay comfortable. Easy walk to the beach, we stayed in 107 so we had a nice pool side view. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay at the beach.

Perfect location, close to Pier and so much shopping, we had a ground floor that walked right out to a cute patio and steps to the pool and such a pretty pathway beyond the pool to the beach! The condo smelled amazing as we opened the door, clean, decorated adorably, had any amenity we could have possible needed, comfortable beds, so many pool toys and beach necessities too! We had an incredible stay and can't wait to come back!

Property was modern, nicely decorated and mostly clean. We had everything we needed to cook meals as well as dishwasher detergent, dish liquid, garbage bags, TP, paper towels and laundry soap. We could walk outside the condo and the gate to the pool was right outside as well as the path to the beach. It was very quiet and we were never disturbed by partying neighbors however, we could hear children running above us and a dog late at night. We cooked several meals however, the frying pans were all rusted and in need of being replaced. The towels and sheets were not very clean. I had to put the towels in a hot water wash prior to using them. The air conditioning did not work well in the master bedroom but froze the kids in the second bedroom. The master bed was missing the mattress pad and the sheet kept coming off of the waterproof mattress protector (plastic) and was very uncomfortable to sleep. Pillows are all shot, need new pillows. Bathrooms were clean with walk in shower. Only 6 towels. I had to wash constantly. Overall we would rent there again. Keep in mind this is an area with little to no activities. It’s a quiet, low key area. The Kennedy space center is close and Disney is approximately an hour away. If you are wanting to just lay on the beach this is the area to be in.

Loved it overall. We had a couple small maintenance things happen, they were addressed promptly. Loved the walkout access to the pool and beach, very convenient. The condo was clean. Would stay here again!

Place was immaculate with everything needed for our stay. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The roof top was amazing for sunrise and sunsets. We were on the first floor which was our choice, next time a little higher.

Perfect for our family of 4. The beach was gorgeus and the pool was amazing. Loved that there were beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. Conveniently located close to groceries, restaurants and souvenirs

Very accommodating staff. Unit was sparkling when we arrived. Enjoyed traveling there with our dig Zoey. She loved it too!

The communication from Zareh was phenomenal, I had no questions what so ever as to rules, check in, check out or amenities, plus he gave me his cell number and email, if anything should come up. This condo was clean, well appointed and full of items you usually have to purchase, ie; detergent, shampoo, body wssh, trash bags, dish washing liquid. Also, beach chairs an umbrella and beach towels and a fold away crib. The pool was just outside our door, was clean and so warm! There were two SpaceX launches during our stay, awesome, so close! Zareh sent us a brochure of Cocoa Beach listing restaurants and other activities. Effortless stay, plus our dogs were welcome, the facilities for pets was great. You also had the outdoor grills and covers picnic area. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful time visiting Chateau by the Sea. We traveled with 6 adults and it fit us well using an air mattress in living room. It was our second trip there and we thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. It is very clean and well stocked with most everything you will need for your stay. Management is awesome and very on top of their communication. We can't wait to go back next year.

Clean and wonderfully pool and beach easily accessible. Great AC and water pressure!
