Private parking for two cars is provided as well. Spend your days on the uncrowded beach just outside the door or take advantage of everything that the Gateway Grand has to offer! The Gateway Grand is an Ocean City landmark, offering a prime midtown location on the ocean block at 48th Street. You'll have access to a host of resort amenities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness room, and a kids' game room with board and video games. Head down to the sand to find 250 feet of sparkling beachfront for a day of sun and surf, or stroll to a number of popular shops, activities, and restaurants in the surrounding blocks, including Fager's Island, Seacrets, Dead Freddy's, Macky's, and the Ocean City Brewing Company. The famous Ocean City Boardwalk begins just one mile south as well. Things to know The Gateway Grand has an HOA-mandated seven-night minimum Please note that a A $138 non-refundable admin fee is due at check-in at the building. This fee provides access to the building amenities and 2 parking places. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

    The place was wonderful. It was clean and spacious. Everything was very good. If I must be picky, I would point out that the AC wouldn’t cool below 78°, however the oversized ceiling fans more than made up for the AC. The Master shower has a hot and a cold setting, no in between. Other than that, the place was great. Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again.

    Soft beds, great kitchen, nice pool, beautiful beach. Unfortunately we hit a very cold weather week. Need to include a wine opener and the ice maker was not working.

    We were very disappointed and unhappy with the condo and poor customer service from VACASA. Upon entering the condo, it obviously was not cleaned properly. There were empty water/Gatorade bottles in the bedrooms, bottle caps, food crumbs, pieces of trash in the rooms and one closet and the carpets were not vacuumed. The coffee maker and ice maker were broken. One twin bed boxspring was turned upside down so the mattress was sinking into it and the TV in that room didn't work. Pictures were taken and sent to VACASA. It took up to 3 days for everything to get fixed and/or replaced. The living room furniture is worn and stained, as are the carpets. The beach locker contained one umbrella and 4 old/worn beach chairs. We have rented the same condo in this building since it opened and only switched this year due to it being sold. What a disappointment in such a nice building. We'll never rent with VACASA again and definately not this unit.

    This lovely, immaculately kept condo allowed us to relax and enjoy the wonders of the seaside. Whether out on the balcony, in the spacious great room or the luxurious master bedroom, the sound of the surf and the expanse of the shore connects you to the awesomeness of God’s gift of beach life.

    This is the 5th year we have stayed at Gateway Grand 507. It is a beautiful condo, in the perfect location. The view from the 5th floor balcony is great and the condo location at 48th Street is ideal for visiting all the local bars and restaurants.

    We made a maintenance request for some lights that were not working as well as the screen which was nearly ripped out. It was barely attached so it couldn’t really be used. Although we got a work order number none of the items got fixed.

    Amazing vacation spot right in the center of things. All the amenities, beautiful views and ocean sounds. Shortest walk to the beach in OC. Fully equipped condo made family dinners easy and fun. Game night was a blast. We boogie boarded, body surfed, easy trip to the boardwalk and restaurants. Already made reservations for next year!
