Oceanfront, Fourth-Floor Condo on Daytona Beach!

This unit is tranquilly updated and the oceanfront view from even the front door took us by surprise every time we reentered. Very comfortable bed and accommodations. Our point of contact was also very responsive and helpful. All of this made our 12th anniversary and maiden vacation without our children quite memorable!

Host is great but we just love the atmosphere of the condo and spending time on the beach/ocean and when we can't back fown there we love the balcony. We have stayed several times there and each time has been great. Will always look for this condo first when we are booking a trip to Daytona.

The condo unit is updated and decor is very cute. There was some confusion during checkin as to where the parking pass was (binder said one place but they kept it someplace else). I had to call the host to find out where it was - not a big deal and they were very nice. The rental provides lots of extras such as beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and a beach bag. However, after going out to dinner the first night we came back to cockroaches. A few full sized and probably 20-30 baby ones in the bathroom and kitchen. I did not contact the host as there were signs in the elevator stating that extermination was happening on the 2 floors below us the next day, so I assume this is a known issue. I did find bug spray under the sink, so I sprayed the bathroom and kitchen area. If there had been any availability in the area at a reasonable cost, I would have asked to check out. However, being the week it was, everyone was booked or prices were ridiculous. After I sprayed, we found less bugs the rest of the time we were there, but they never stopped completely. We ended up washing all the dishes and silverware before we used it each time and putting everything in the fridge (including the paper towels, etc..). Again, the unit itself is VERY clean, but the property in general is worn down. The pool is closed and it doesn’t look like it will be open anytime soon. View is amazing and it is a fairly quiet location. If bug issue is remedied, I would rent again.

Overall the place was nice. It was clean and relatively easy to settle in to. It had all the necessities for comfy stay. Sits right on A1A so it's a little noisy on the front end but once inside or out on the balcony facing the ocean all that disappeared. The one drawback was the baby roaches in the kitchen area (in drawers and around the sink) There were signs posted in the elevators about fumigation, so I was not surprised. Just meant dishes needed to be rinsed before use and no food could be left out of the fridge.This was my 3 day getaway and I would pick this place again. It was easy to get to, had plenty of restaurants around and lots of things to do.

The location is perfect including the beach! The unit is small but we spent most of the time on the deck. The kitchen worked great for breakfast. The beach chairs and towels were a great addition. The bed linens and pillows are in need a bit of an upgrade as does the bed. We tried to contact the property manager because we arrived an hour early but no one responded. Overall enjoyed the stay.

This place was great we will absolutely be back the view is spectacular directly over the ocean the balcony is private this was in walking distance of lots of restaurants bars and shopping the inside was very modern and beautiful I would have given 5 stars if any of the pools were usable Could definitely use new patio furniture for the balcony but we were overall impressed and would definitely recommend

The listing is so underrated!! This place was amazing! The view was spectacular!! I would definitely stay here again! There is a binder left with great restaurant suggestions and places to have fun. The only suggestion I have is that vrbo list checkin instructions under the app or website. I forgot my instructions I printed which is my fault, and couldn’t remember the email the instructions came from. But once I got a hold of someone it was easy. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy place on the beach!

The apartment was perfect for my husband and me. It looked brand new inside and everything was very clean. The view and the beach were everything we hoped it would be. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

This condo was great !!! Perfect for two people and very updated . We had a great time and will definitely be back !!

I had no trouble at all with any of the process to rent this property. I will be going back and soon hopefully. I was so happy that I didn't have to spend time on a phone or computer because something wasn't the way it was supposed to be. Well deserved 5 ? stars

Had a great stay. Weather was great, the beach even better. Property was great, no issues at all. Highly recommend this property.
