Oceanfront forty foot balcony with wonderful views and Beautiful furniture

Relaxing long weekend in Daytona. Great beach condo and host!

Beth was awesome to work with.The location was excellent the beach was right there. Easy to get in and out of. The pool and beach access was great.

Overall good. Location was great. Suggestions-new lock box as numbers hard to read, bigger tvs (tv in second bedroom no cable box so it did not work) twin beds falling apart.

Condo was clean, bed was comfortable, TV's were minimal, pool was heated and pool chairs were nice. We even utilized the work out room quite frequently.Felt it was slightly short on things like, trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper etc. Just consider that when making your shopping list.

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room and it was exactly what was listed. We loved the balcony and view. Would stay there again.

Perfect location and weather. Condo located right on the beach and in third floor, so easy and quick access. Condo is well furnished and very comfortable.

The bad.. Everytime we got off the elevator there was a horrible smell all the way down the hall to the room, we literally had to put our shirts over our noses it was so bad. If I were the owners on that floor I would definitely look into having this fixed. The smell was also in the room but not as bad and we had to open the patio doors to tone the smell down. The good.. The condo was large enough for a family and Seemed pretty clean (except for the smell in the hall) and there were plenty of dishes. The patio was large and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Absolutely no Bugs which was a plus! It would have been a quiet place to stay, more for older folks or ppl with kids except there was construction in a room above us and it sounded like jack hammering and sawing for most of the days we were there, it was so loud we were not able to relax in our room from 9 to 5 pm. I do realize the owner had no control over that but it was still frustrating. Beth the owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and was very nice. The condo kinda had a going to Grandmas vibe.

We stayed for race week. It is really easy to get to the track. A lot of good restaurants to choose from and when you’re not out and about the view from inside or outside the condo is great. The ocean is right there for your viewing. The host Beth is also great to work with. This was the first time staying is something other then a hotel and she made it so easy for us.

Condo more than exceeded expectations. The balcony allowed for beautiful sunrise views while drinking coffee. Host was amazing and accommodating. Will definitely book again. Thank you beth
