◆ Air Conditioning
➥ For your comfort, the air conditioning is available year-round. Please do not set the thermostat below 70 degrees during the spring and summer months, as running it too low can cause the system to freeze and may result in service interruptions. To keep the home cool and the system working efficiently, please also avoid leaving windows or doors open while the AC is operating.

◆ Linens and Toiletries Provided- To ensure you have a relaxing and convenient stay, we provide a thoughtful set of linens and starter amenities:
➥ One bath towel and one washcloth per guest, plus two extras for added convenience
➥ One bath mat per shower
➥ Two hand towels per bathroom sink

◆ Check-In / Check-Out- Please follow the designated check-in and check-out times/dates unless otherwise approved in writing. Unauthorized late checkouts may interfere with cleaning schedules and may result in additional charges.

◆ Pool Usage- If the property includes access to a community or private pool, please enjoy responsibly. Use of these amenities is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times, and no glass is permitted near the pool or hot tub areas.

◆Guest Responsibility-The guest who booked the reservation must be present during the stay and may not book on behalf of another party. Identification may be requested at check-in to verify the reservation holder.

◆ Property Occupancy- For the safety and comfort of all guests, please do not exceed the maximum occupancy limit for the property at any time. Maximum occupancy is 8.

◆Noise Policy- We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and maintain low noise levels between 10 PM and 8 AM. If the property is in a community with an established quiet hours policy, those rules must also be observed. Repeat violations or excessive noise complaints may result in fines or immediate eviction without refund.

◆ Smoking Policy- To maintain a fresh and healthy environment for all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. Smoking outdoors must occur at least 10 feet away from doors, windows, and balconies. A $500 fine will be charged for indoor smoking, plus any necessary cleaning or damage repairs.

◆ Party and Event Policy- Our property is intended for peaceful enjoyment. Parties and special events are not permitted unless arranged and approved in writing by management prior to arrival.

◆ Unauthorized Guests- Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

    We had such an amazing time! Whenever we needed to contact the host, Todd was very accomadating & quick to respond! The ocean front condo was perfect for those in our group who have to stay out of the sun! They could still see & hear the ocean without feeling like they were missing out! We real felt like this was our home away from home for our 11 nights! We will definitely be back down here!

    Everything was clean upon arrival. We were allowed to check in a little early, which was nice. Grounds were clean & crowds were low. I love how the complex doesn’t allow people to save chairs at the pool. We never went to the pool & couldn’t find seats. Beds were EXTRA comfy! Can’t complain about anything.

    While we have stayed at Panama City for years, this was our first time staying at the Dunes of Panama. The Dunes of Panama is a well maintained, safe and welcoming gated community of beach condos. The employees of the Dunes of Panama handle the check-in and check-out processes, which could not have been easier. All the employees we met were extremely nice and professional. Regarding the condo, we absolutely loved our stay. The unit was clean, decorated with a great beachy theme, had comfortable furniture and a FABULOUS balcony. The balcony overlooks not only the ocean, but also the pool and pool area. The kitchen contains all you need to cook a great meal. Washer and dryer are located under the kitchen counters which was both space saving and convenient. TVs in all bedrooms. We did run into one very minor issue. I reached out to Todd & we had it resolved instantly. He was very easy to communicate with and fast to respond. I would recommend this unit to everyone! You will not be disappointed. Five stars, hands down!!!!

    We had a great time. Location was excellent. Resort was well maintained. Condo was comfortable and stocked with cooking ware. Condo needs some updating but bed was comfortable and the view was fantastic. Would stay here again.

    My family and I have stayed at Dunes of Panama the last 5 times we’ve visited, usually stay in building D or E, but after our stay in B we will be staying there. It was the cleanest building we’ve been in. The condo itself was extremely clean, again the cleanest we’ve ever walked in to. I would highly recommend and we will be staying there again!
