This (elevator-accessible) condo sits on the third floor of Coral Sands, a beachfront complex on the ocean shores of Fernandina Beach - the northernmost city on Florida's Atlantic coast. This is the perfect home base for exploring Amelia Island, just half a mile from Fort Clinch State Park, one mile from the Amelia Island Lighthouse, and two miles from the shops and restaurants on Main Street.
After a beautiful day spent boogie boarding and beachcombing, take the elevator upstairs, toss your beach towels in the washer/dryer, and have a seat outside on the balcony. It's a gorgeous spot for cold drinks, afternoon card games, and savoring the sounds of the crashing ocean waves.
You'll be treated to the same oceanfront view inside, with the added comfort of central air conditioning. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, both a breakfast bar and a dining room table, and a living room with comfortable seating and a large smart TV.

Parking is first come, first serve for 1 vehicle.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location with beautiful view with very nice decor.
My husband and I were looking for a relaxing getaway and chose 306 Coral Sands based on the amenities listed and the beautiful photos. Even so, knowing how deceptive photos in real estate listings can be, we weren't really expecting it to look just like it was portrayed. Much to our delight, the photos didn't do this charming condo justice! It was even better than we had hoped for. We're already planning out next getaway. If we could improve on anything, it would be to have more info on what we needed to bring and what we didn't need. I spotted the Keurig coffeemaker in one of the pictures, so knew to bring our pods, but if we'd known the condo furnished beach chairs and a cooler, we could have left ours at home.
This was a gem of a place. The apartment was very clean, nicely updated and decorated, and right on the beach. We will be back.

Stayed at this great condo for a quick weekend getaway. The condo is exactly as described and shown in pictures. It was very clean, well stocked and in a great location. Vacasa was very easy to work with. They checked in occasionally throughout the weekend to make sure the condo was clean when we arrived and if we needed anything.
We enjoyed our stay at 306 Coral Sands. The unit is beautifully decorated and updated. The large balcony with comfortable furnishings was great for enjoying the beautiful view. The location is great for walking to several dog friendly restaurants. It was also nice to be close to the Egans Creek Greenway.
Wonderful view of ocean. Nice furniture and appliances. Well maintained. However, building is in great need of cleaning and upkeep. Dirty elevator and grounds. Sprinkler head broken with water spewing everywhere. Parking lot needs power washing. Inadequate parking available at condo unit, first come, first serve. Go out for dinner and lose a space to park. Alternative parking per management company is 4.5 miles away. Condo unit is wonderful; not so much for building.
My husband and I were looking for a little beach getaway to celebrate our anniversary. 306 Coral Sands was just perfect!! The town, restaurants, and beaches are lovely; and Coral Sands was fantastic! Very clean, felt newly renovated, beds comfy, BIG porch right on the beach…or we could just walk right onto the beach so easily. Nice, full kitchen. Really great and rapid response customer service to help with any questions or needs we had.

Fabulous oceanfront view and sounds. Fresh and smart remodel. Super clean, organized and well-equipped. Close to restaurants and shops. Great process and communication from management team.
