Stayed Sep 27, 2025Hot water heater broken for 2 full days - could have been 1 but owner wanted 2nd opinion from their preferred repairman-no compensation offered to us. Some dishware dirty. Vacuum cleaner bag had not been dumped & emitted odor of vomit. Hot tub had not been cleaned & thick brown scum formed almost solid on surface when running. I was informed compsny cleans at check-in & also middle of week. I observed check-ins are staggered... Requested compensation requested for 2 days without Hot water was never resolved by vacasa.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025We had a great time! The pool and beach did not disappoint! The unit could use a long handled squeegee for the porch. We had a few storms and the water collected. It would have been nice to push the water off the balcony.
