Oceanfront Daytona Beach Condo – Magnificent Views, Pools & Beach Access

pools and amenities needed upgrading. We understand likely hurricane went through, but they could’ve cleaned up the outside of the property. The apartment itself was gorgeous. Everything you would need. I would come again.

We stayed here from 4/5 - 4/12/26. I’ll list the many pros and the very few cons:1) The condo unit is absolutely IMMACULATE. Actually the cleanest condo we have ever rented (and we travel a lot.) There was literally not even a spec of dust to be found even on the baseboards. 2) Beds are extremely comfortable and the sheets are soft and smooth. (We brought our own pillows but the ones provided looked good). 3) Condo unit was very well equipped. Lots of extras we didn’t expect such as hand soap, body soap, some spices, mayo, coffee filters, etc. 4) Plenty of space in the condo with two comfortable reclining chairs. Door separating living area/bedroom. 5). Lots of hot water and great water pressure in the shower!6). Air Conditioning worked GREAT. It’s not a window unit. Kept the rooms very cool, though there is a box fan in the bedroom if needed.7). Communication with the owner was great. He gives very detailed specifics on checking in/out with very helpful tips. I had a question for him and he responded in a very reasonable timeframe. 8) ONE outdoor pool and ONE indoor pool was available and appeared very clean with lots of nice layback chairs. CONS xxxxx1) Two pools located under our unit was literally condemned. Green. Very bad eyesores. Since it was condemned you must walk to the end of condo property to access the beach. 2). The balcony is not a private balcony. It is a shared walkway for the other units. We didn’t mind though.

Clean adorable condo. Very clean and really nicely set up with everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay the view of the ocean was amazing. Thank you.

Condo was great. Property was disappointing.

Indoor and outdoor pools were nice, outdoor pool overlooks the beach. Room was very clean even had beach chairs etc to use. Host was very easy to get ahold of. Property still has some leftover storm damage but work is still going on.

The condo was spacious clean and had all the necessities we needed.We appreciated the communication we had with Richard and he was very accommodating when we asked for a later check out time, since our departure flight was late in the day.

Clean and comfortable! Beautiful ocean view, we will certainly love to come back. Washers and dryers have been upgraded, no need for change just swipe a card. Thank you for hosting us!

Amazing view

Very well kept, cleaned and maintained. Wife adored all the little extra’s most rentals don’t have, a fully stocked kitchen and beach supplies. We highly recommend and will be back.

The condo was very comfortable and clean.Bed was very comfortable!I appreciated all of the amenities including beach gear.Love sitting on the balcony and watching the waves!

The condo was better than advertized. It was very clean, exceptionally furnished, and a great location. The only negative was that the facility has done little or no repairs since the storm damage. All 3 pools, the restautant and lounge were closed and only 1 elevator worked. However we were informed about this prior to our stay and had a great time. The views of the beach and ocean were sensational.

The property was under some construction which was a little noisy.

The room itself was very nice, clean, and updated. Plenty of beach equipment, towels, dishes, etc. We had a great time except for the fact the building decided to do maintenance right outside of our room and on the roof right above us starting at about 6am every morning. The pool area is completely gone and access to the beach is a bit difficult, but we were aware of that. Overall a great time!

Loved the VRBO, but the building it is in was under construction and very loud...to the level that we looked at other options after initial checkin.

The condo was great! Clean, comfortable beds, lots of kitchen necessities, plenty of bathroom towels. The beach wagon & (two) beach towels were great to have. Amazing view of the beach/ocean. As stated in many reviews, the pool is a mess which is out of control of the condo owner and easy to look past. The balcony is not private which for some reason I was expecting even though the description did not say that it was. The only negative that I have is that the neighbors are constantly outside smoking cigarettes and marijuana. At times the smell of both of those things came into the condo. The one neighbor was considerate enough to ask if it was okay. Not a deal breaker for us. Just a little annoying. We spent most of our time out & about and we would still consider this condo if we ever find ourselves in Daytona again.

This unit was so cute! We loved the decor and everything was very nice. Very roomy, I didn't expect to have as much room. The pictures didn't do it justice. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Condo was clean and well kept. Had everything you need. Comfortable beds and warm shower. Great condo!

Stayed for Turkey Run Very clean and kitchen was well stocked Loved the beach view.

The stay was good. We went to the wrong door and had a little issue. But that was my fault. The directions were good. I just did not follow them. The building and pools were rough. But the room was nice. I would stay there again.
